Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in facility production equipment, identifying root causes and engineering solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Design and implement improvements to electrical control systems to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Develop and oversee preventive programs based on engineering analysis to enhance overall equipment performance.
- Ensure all electrical systems and components comply with relevant safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation to guide system diagnostics and upgrades.
- Program and configure Allen Bradley hardware, software, and drives for production automation and process control.
- Lead technical projects, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and product standards.
- Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance staff and production operators on electrical systems and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on electrical systems, modifications, and activities for compliance and continuous improvement efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or closely related field.

This is a high-impact role focused on sitework and civil infrastructure projects, offering the opportunity to help scale a 30M and growing civil operation within a stable, family-owned organization.
What You'll Do as the Civil Projects Estimator:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for public works and civil sitework projects ranging from 1M to 30M
- Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Develop scopes of work and identify constructability and value engineering opportunities
- Support bid day activities and provide final pricing recommendations
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate inquiries with clients

- Ensure the plant employees and guests on site comply with safety and environmental practices – lead by example and build a safety first culture
- Work with EHS, managers, and staff to continually have a safety-first culture
- Lead production to hit out-put production, product quality, on-time shipping, and scheduling to meet customer needs
- Develop a keen focus on customer service and proactive communication across the team
- Partner with the engineering team to ensure proper drawings and designs are being used during the manufacturing process
- Experience building, maintaining and adjusting Lean systems to drive insight and continuous improvement
- Experience using systematic Lean frameworks (5S, Kaizen) and tools to improve processes and expand capacity (value stream mapping)
- Experience with quality management systems to drive root cause analysis and corrections
- Embrace teamwork across multiple departments to hit production output and increase financial goals
- Ability to set financial goals, develop a plan and execute the plan to exceed them
- Purchase material/services to successfully operate the facility

- Be a leader and coach leadership. Motivate crews during morning huddles. Lead effective Mid-Day meetings. Coach Leads on how to set expectations on a whiteboard and have them followed. Lead inventory counts. Promote safety best practices in meetings with other Plant Managers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager as deemed appropriate and necessary by them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus
- Proven track record of developing, leading and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset at the plant
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day in a production/plant environment subject to areas that are unheated and/or non-air conditioned
- Ability to work with computer as necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AX)
- Ability to lead and direct other individuals and work with other group leaders

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
