- Own the end-to-end performance and experience of WonderFold’s Shopify storefront
- Act as the primary steward of the site’s structure, navigation, merchandising logic, and UX
- Ensure the site reflects WonderFold’s premium brand standards while maximizing commercial performance
Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and execute a merchandising strategy across homepage, PDPs, PLPs, collections, and landing pages
- Continuously optimize conversion rate, AOV, and on-site engagement through testing, iteration, and data analysis
- Partner with Creative and Brand to ensure storytelling and product education are conversion-driven
Product Detail Page (PDP) Excellence
- Own PDP standards including:
- Product storytelling
- Feature/benefit hierarchy
- Visual content (imagery, video, comparison modules)
- Reviews, FAQs, and trust signals
- Ensure PDPs are optimized for both brand education and purchase confidence
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with:
- Brand & Creative on content, campaigns, and storytelling
- Performance Marketing to support paid traffic conversion
- Product & Operations to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and launches
- Technology & Development on apps, integrations, and site enhancements
- Translate business priorities into clear site execution plans
Roadmap & Testing Strategy
- Own the Shopify roadmap, including:

Analytics & Reporting

This is a high-value equipment sales role responsible for selling large-capacity forklifts, container handlers, terminal tractors, port equipment, and related service solutions.
We are targeting professionals currently selling or who have sold equipment from manufacturers such as Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), Konecranes, Taylor, Hyster, Kalmar, Autocar, TICO, Ottawa, Hoist, Fantuzzi, CVS Ferrari, SANY, Combilift (large capacity), or similar.
This is not an operator or driver position. This is a consultative outside sales role focused on capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications across multiple platforms (.NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui).
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set deadlines.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize software development needs.
Manage software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development practices as appropriate.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in developing software for .NET, Azure, iOS, Android, Maui, or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team of software developers.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering software development projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to overcome technical challenges.

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise the Configuration Management / Document Control team, setting goals, standard work, and best practices Serve as the primary configuration management point of contact across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management Direct all configuration management and document control activities to ensure accurate control of engineering data and product structures throughout the lifecycle Chair and lead the Change Control Board (CCB), ensuring engineering changes are complete, approved, traceable, and fully implemented Own and administer the PLM system, including user access, workflows, governance, training, and continuous improvement Create, test, and maintain PLM workflows, SOPs, and procedures in partnership with Engineering and IT Ensure data integrity and alignment between PLM and ERP systems, including BOM accuracy Lead and support internal and external audits related to configuration management, technical data, and regulatory compliance Support ITAR classification and technical data governance activities Track and report metrics related to change cycle time, accuracy, compliance, and workload Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cross-functional alignment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred (Equivalent experience may be considered).
Minimum 7 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, or manufacturing within an aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with PLM systems and engineering change management processes.
Strong background in procedure development, process improvement, and cross functional collaboration.
Strong leadership, coaching, and decision making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related business systems.
