Job Responsibilities

- Design management on new, refresh, remodels, renovations, right size, relocations, rollouts, and concept test projects within the Real Estate and Property Development Department.
- Ability to handle small to mid-sized quick turnaround projects per year, with a typical range of 100 - 5,000 SF each
- Will act as the liaison between the client and the architecture firm
- Coordinates project teams to ensure timely completion of documents
- Develops overall design for the project
- Develop detailed project drawings (schematic design, design development, permit, pricing and construction documents)
- Present and gains approval of concepts to the client kicks off new projects, manage the design process for internal activities and external vendors
- Establishes and ensures adherence to set budget
- Manages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations and final delivery of projects.
- Review of engineering drawings to ensure they comply with the design solution
- Works with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings

CACI is looking for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist for technical support at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Model Shop fabricating prototype naval component scale models for R&D testing. This employee will also serve as the subject matter expert on CNC programming and fabrication, and will advise shop management, supervisors, and planners on the difficulty, complexity and risks that may arise in fabrication of potentially complex parts.
More About the Role
- Machine model components using CNC and manual mills and lathes.
- Program, setup, and operate 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Hand-finish parts as required, using contouring and polishing.
- Collaborate with design engineers, make recommendations and share best practices with machining approaches and materials as a subject matter expert (SME) on machining

- Evaluate the performance of physicians and PA / NPs in compliance with Vituity policies and guidelines.
- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
- Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure practice is appropriately represented and demonstrates their value through leadership roles (as applicable) and/or participation with hospital management, medical staff leadership, Medical Executive, Medical Staff and other hospital committees, and within the local community.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.

DESCRIPTION The Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) is seeking an Associate Project Manager (APM) to support major, multi-stakeholder research partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including biopharmaceutical companies, nonprofit healthcare organizations, government agencies, and academic scientists.
The APM will work closely with scientific and technical leads to support the day-to-day management and coordination of high-impact translational science research initiatives.
