• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and government agreements, ideally in aerospace, defense, or capital equipment industries
• Hands-on knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
• Comfortable managing and mentoring a small contracts team
• Strong strategic thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities

The Buyer/Planner coordinates activities involved with planning and procuring goods and services for multiple product lines. They are responsible for planning and purchasing items such as electromechanical assemblies, fabricated parts, and electronics. This position will be responsible for leading the indirect procurement department covering all FQ Absorbent Hygiene companies (AbHy).
