The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of our eCommerce platforms. This individual is responsible for leveraging customer insights, analytics, and market trends to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring our mobile, desktop and app platforms deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role collaborates closely with engineering teams to bring innovative products and solutions to market, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision and align it with the overarching business and digital strategy.
- Own the product backlog, meticulously managing and prioritizing user stories, bugs and tasks based on strategic business goals, customer value, and team capacity.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
- Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in product management, with a focus on eCommerce or digital products.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from conception through development, launch, and iteration
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Professional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) or product management certifications (e.g., AIPMM Certified Product Manager)

The Opportunity

- Monitor physician competencies with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics. Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations in conjunction with the Regional Director.
- Develop, foster, and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required.

Executive & Administrative Support:

· Schedule clients, confirm meetings, and maintain accurate data entry
· Monitor multiple coach email accounts and respond with professionalism and discretion
· Provide EA backup and coverage
· Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
· Prioritize new and existing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
· Support special projects and company-wide initiatives
Operations & Team Management:
· Serve as Coach Liaison and primary point of contact for Executive Assistants
· Lead weekly EA meetings and support daily problem-solving needs
· Guide, empower, and manage the EA team

· Support and onboard new coaches

Billing & Financial Coordination:
· Partner with CFO on invoicing processes

· Monitor the company finance email account daily
· Participate in billing meetings and occasionally lead them to ensure accuracy
· Ensure billing details are captured for all billable appointments
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
· 2–3 years of administrative, operations, or executive support experience
· Experience managing teams or overseeing support staff is a plus
· Comfortable using Apple computers
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, & Zoom
· Ability to quickly learn new software and web-based systems
· Experience with SharePoint, invoicing systems, and WordPress preferred
