Employment Litigation Attorney (2+ Years) | Grow Your Practice, Not Just Your Hours

We're looking for a litigation attorney with at least 2 years of employment law experience who is eager to grow—professionally, intellectually, and eventually in their own client base.

This role is built for an attorney who wants more than back-office research or being shielded from clients. If you want to talk to clients, take ownership of cases, go to trial and build real relationships, keep reading.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is not a "stay in your lane and bill quietly" position. We are intentionally developing our next generation of client-facing attorneys and giving them room to grow into trusted advisors.

You'll work directly with experienced litigators while also:

  • Speaking with clients early and often
  • Taking increasing responsibility over strategy and case management
  • Learning how to develop and retain business (with guidance—not pressure)

Practice Focus

  • Employment litigation (defense-side experience preferred)
  • Exposure to wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related claims
  • Opportunity to assist with other practice areas at the firm including business & real property disputes.

What You'll Get

  • Real mentorship and hands-on training
  • Direct client interaction (not years down the road—now)
  • A path to developing your own book of business over time
  • Support, structure, and feedback to help you grow confidently
  • A law firm environment that values curiosity, initiative, and communication skills

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Prior law firm experience (this is essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people—not just writing briefs
  • A motivated attorney who sees client development as a skill to learn, not a mystery

The Right Fit

This role is ideal for an attorney who:

  • Wants to grow into a long-term career, not just a title
  • Is excited by responsibility and learning
  • Wants exposure to how law firms actually grow and sustain practices
