The SiteForce Engineer supports national manpower coordination and contract execution for SiteForce, a business unit of Concrete Strategies focused on providing general labor to General Contractors. Specific Responsibilities

Manpower Coordination & Labor Performance

  • Assist in nationwide manpower dispatch based on operational demand.
  • Coordinate directly with field leadership to confirm labor needs and scheduling.
  • Monitor manpower allocation relative to scope and schedule.
  • Ensure weekly field time is accurate and aligned with project cost codes.
  • Support workforce planning adjustments based on client demands.
  • Contract Management & Cost Control
  • Support contract review to ensure labor scope alignment.
  • Assist with change order documentation and tracking.

The Role We Want You For

This position serves as the overall Project Leader for the jobs in which they are involved. The Specifics of the Role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Systems Engineer (Level 3) to join the Phantom Works Systems Engineering and Integration Team in Berkeley, MO.

This position will focus on a program developing space related command and control software. The selected candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the division to develop complex and highly integrated weapons systems while embracing the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategy.

The selected individual will support system architects, engineering SMEs, and other stakeholders in implementing, developing and managing the systems engineering lifecycle for their program, in coordination with the System Engineering team and program leadership. The ability to work in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written, and verbal communications skills are essential.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet project/program commitments, including support of deliveries and customer reviews
  • Support the program in implementing MBSE as part of digital engineering to meet customer expectations
  • Support Systems Engineering efforts such as requirements decomposition, system architecture, configuration and change management, environments analysis, specification development, trade studies, program planning, interfaces management, risk management, certification planning & execution, verification & test planning, and overall integration and capture them in the MBSE model as appropriate
  • Support interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop and verify complex systems solutions

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 4+ years of work related engineering experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following Systems Engineering areas: requirements definition and decomposition; system architecture definition and management; configuration and data management; interfaces management; risk management; integration; verification & test planning, execution and documentation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML
