Key Responsibilities:

Data, Analytics & Reporting:

  • Design, build, and continuously enhance dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting to support operational and commercial performance.

  • Lead continuous improvement of reporting tools and system integrations.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance system reporting capabilities.
  • Champion data governance, consistency, and best practices across the organization.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools.
  • Background supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to own data end-to-end—from extraction to interpretation to executive presentation.
  • Experience automating reporting and analytics processes.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and/or Tableau.
  • Experience with IQMS is preferred.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + 15% Bonus

• Receives and reviews requests for Nuclear Medicine Studies.

• Has the knowledge and ability to order radioisotopes needed to complete workflow for the day and in preparation for the next day’s schedule.

• Accepts patients and assesses their condition to determine proper handling and special requirements.

• Explains and prepares the patient for the procedure

• Relies on extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and effects of disease process to ensure scans of diagnostic quality.

• Operates highly complex equipment within the department, selecting technical factors to ensure high-quality scans using the established protocols

• Maintains equipment and required logs within the department and hot lab, including quality control measures, within Nuclear Meicine, including daily camera QC, area surveys, and equipment QC

• Possesses and utilizes proper aseptic technique and isolation procedures when appropriate.

Our client is looking to add a Sr. Scrum Master to their team that is a servant leader and coach for an agile team, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more pod/ scrum team.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. The Scrum Master helps educate the team, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. They also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to team working agreements, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner(s) and the development team(s).

• Establish and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
