Job Description :
- Support daily operations of the R&D sensory lab and assist with sensory testing activities.
- Maintain lab organization, including monitoring supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist sensory scientists in setting up and executing sensory tests (discrimination, descriptive panels, shelf-life, and packaging usability testing).
- Prepare and manage panel materials, including product labeling, sample preparation, storage, and serving samples.
- Coordinate panel schedules and operate laptops, data collection software, and coffee brewers for testing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing sensory product shipments while maintaining accurate records and organization.
Assignment Hours (example
- 8am-5pm): No strict arrival and departure/log-on log-off times, but 8 hour days with the expectation that they can be flexible to attend meetings or perform urgent tasks if need may be.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
This role will manage purchase order (PO) follow-up, vendor payments, cross-functional correspondence, financial document, and agreement management, and provide hands-on support for budgeting and capitalization processes.
Responsibilities will also include a variety of administrative tasksnot just financial duties such as expenses and travel coordination, but any additional operational support needed to keep processes running smoothly.
This position will also assist Engineering Support Specialists by providing timely administrative, financial, and coordination support as needed.

We are looking for a Field Engineer that ideally has previous linear water rehabilitation experience i.e. sewers. This will be an onsite role for a sewer rehabilitation project for a utility client in Boston. They will be providing Owner's rep services and be reviewing drawings, RFI's, etc. to provide technical support out in the field to the main contractors out in the field. This person will coordinate back with the design engineer office to determine if changes need to be made.
Provide subcontractors with information and direction, as outlined within contract specifications, to allow the work to proceed as scheduled. Authority to interpret technical requirements and provide solutions in conjunction with discipline Project Department Engineer and Discipline Superintendent, to provide drawings and data, and to direct work as assigned and consistent with Company's contractual commitments. May perform subcontract administration of discipline specific or assigned procurements. Interprets and administers fundamental commercial issues. Position may transition to assistant superintendent or startup engineering role. May perform in an EPC environment where Company is either solely responsible or in a Joint Venture/Consortium with others. Provides technical direction/interpretation of design drawings and specification requirements, as well as general guidance to subcontractors on overall design. May perform fundamental design checks and re-design in the field without supervision. Provides commercial direction, interpretation of subcontracts, and administers discipline specific or assigned contract requirements in coordination with Field. Subcontract Administrator or Procurement Manager. Reviews, maintains records, and responds to Contractor Information. Requests (CIRs) as assigned. Monitors assigned subcontractor(s) for compliance with subcontract technical requirements. Monitors discipline construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule. Prepares and issues all discipline extra work authorization requests (RFMPs/WAs) with the approval of the Project Field Manager Coordinates with Field. Subcontract Administrator as needed. Maintains a daily log for site record purposes. Completes quantity take-offs as required to support construction planning and invoice approval. Reviews all subcontractor progress payment requests for acceptance. Monitors technical service representative (supplier) daily logs and reviews/approves their timesheets. Compiles and maintains Conformed to Construction Records drawing and list markups as assigned. Directs site document control activities for design documents. Assists Field Quality Assurance Manager in performing inspections and verification of tests. Adheres to safety and quality standards as appropriate for level of duties and accountabilities. Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements. Provides commercial direction, interpretation of subcontracts, and administers discipline specific or assigned contract requirements in coordination with Field Subcontract Administrator or Procurement Manager. Reviews, maintains records, and responds to Contractor Information Requests (CIRs) as assigned. Acts in capacity of a "lead person" Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction except as assigned Directs other discipline engineers, general foreman, craft personnel, TA's, and vendor representatives.
Education: MUST have a BS in engineering. Preferrably Civil since it is dealing with underground construction (but not a deal-breaker)
Job Title - Engineering, Design, R&D - Testing Technician

The Testing Technician is responsible for creating formulations on the benchtop, brewing using client Brewers and testing the formulations both pre-brewing as well as the finished beverage for a number of analytical measures and sensory testing.
The role will include:
- Preparing benchtop formulations including measuring and weighing ingredients, blending, and packing into single serve portions.
- Performing analytical and sensory analysis on samples both before and after preparation.
- Labeling, organizing, and putting samples into storage for shelf life testing.
- Maintaining documentation of incoming samples, samples prepared, samples in shelf life, as well as documenting test results
- Performing simple mathematical calculations to scale formulas or determine quantities for batch sizing
- Sample preparation for scientist and business partners to taste, including a clean appearance, and acting with politeness and confidence.
- Record and organize quality data in appropriate computer spreadsheets and report results to management.
- Provide training as required for new permanent and temporary personnel in proper test techniques and methods, as well as data recording requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with brewers or unexpected sample behavior and perform root cause analysis.

Paragonix Technologies Job Description/Posting -Sustaining R&D Manager
The Sustaining R&D Manager serves as the technical lead of Paragonix's commercialized portfolio, balancing rigorous engineering oversight with strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will strive for seamless transition of new product introductions (NPI) from design to contract manufacturing, ensuring all devices are optimized for scalability, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You are the primary technical lead for post-market excellence, driving structured root cause investigations for field complaints and non-conformances, while proactively managing the Design History File (DHF) and Risk Management activities. Beyond maintenance, you will spearhead R&D efforts to adapt our technologies for market expansion and execute value-engineering projects focused on business objectives, ensuring our life-saving organ preservation solutions remain best-in-class throughout their entire lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical lifecycle of the existing Paragonix products by serving as the primary point of contact for all post-market design activities. Ensure all related initiatives are effectively managed and brought to successful completion.
- Take ownership of the Design Transfer process for NPI, ensuring the Device Master Record (DMR) is fully prepared and available for manufacturing operations.
- Lead thorough root cause analyses to address product non-conformances, defects, and field complaints. Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts to resolve identified issues and prevent recurrence.
- Manage R&D technical activities required for entering new international markets, ensuring strict compliance with relevant global standards.
- Provide comprehensive technical file support by working closely with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Monitor production and post-market data to identify trends in product performance. Initiate and implement design improvements as needed to enhance overall reliability and quality.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals by providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Promote and reinforce best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or other applicable engineering field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of medical device development experience. 3+ years managing direct reports.
- Experience with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and familiarity with GD&T principles.
- Expertise in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and the ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, as well as experience with cleanroom manufacturing or sterilization processes.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience
Associates degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in a municipality or Civil Engineering firm or an
equivalent combination of education, training and experience are required. Computer literacy is required. FE or
PE is preferred. Ability to operate CAD is preferred. Public speaking experience is highly desirable. Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering is preferred.

The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.
The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.
You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts
- Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-line
- Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design
- Algorithm optimization and development
- Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System
- Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter
- Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system
- Support and lead Internal and External Program and Design Reviews
- Collaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products
- Support and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades
- System integration and test support, including live fire test events
- Periods of travel up to 25% of time both domestically and internationally
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with Air Defense Systems in systems engineering roles supporting development or production
- Experience with managing budget, scope and/or earned value
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience interfacing with external customers and industry partners
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a variety of audiences
- Self-motivated, passionate leader
- 5+ years of experience in Air Defense Systems, Systems Engineering production or development
- Existing DoD Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. As the Site Quality Manager, you will:
- Lead and continuously improve our AS9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Oversee MRB, NCMRs, CAPAs, SCARs, RMAs, and root cause investigations
- Direct all inspection activities (In-Process, Pre-Mold, Final) including AS9102 First Article Inspections
- Ensure cable and harness assemblies meet IPC-620, J-STD-001, AS9102, and customer requirements
- Review and approve work order packages, C of Cs, and shipment documentation
- Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and drive Zero Defect initiatives
- Lead internal audits and support customer and certification audits
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Corporate Quality
- Develop and mentor the Quality team, building capability and accountability at every level
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for quality-related matters
Technical Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
- Familiarity with IPC-620 and J-STD-001 (Space Addendum a plus)
- Deep experience with NCMR, MRB, CAPA/RCCA, and root cause analysis
- Aerospace or military manufacturing background preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and MIL specs
- Experience in build-to-print cable/harness manufacturing is a plus
Leadership & Impact:
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within manufacturing
