SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Project Manager is the primary point of contact with the customer for the contracts assigned to them. This position is responsible for driving the overall operational performance of the contract. The Project Manager is responsible to ensure all customer contract requirements are met and that the projects meet or exceed all performance targets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Customer Satisfaction and Relationships:
- Collaborates with the Executive Vice President, Account Manager, and/or the Senior Project Manager to develop a relationship plan and assigns personnel to maintain relationships as appropriate level.
- Responsible for responding to and solving all customer issues or concerns regarding the project.
Contract and Financial Performance:
- Understands the contract and any other documentation regarding requirements or expectations for the project. These may include but may not be limited to: Deliverables, KPIs, schedule, safety requirements, and customer specific requirements, units of measurement, and contract terms & conditions.
- Manages changes or scope creep with contract change orders and review of originally contracted scope with customer.
- Responsible for ensuring INTREN’s tracking systems will support contract and reporting requirements.
- Ensures all data is accurately entered into the INTREN system in a timely manner
- Directs staff to perform required invoicing and job closeout.
- Oversees the estimating process and assigned field resources in developing the estimate and proposal.

- Minimum 10+ years experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems

- Strong computer skills are required i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications
- Complete understanding of BIM/VDC coordination including various hit detection programs

Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Training & Advancement

Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.

Job Title: Customer Support Representative II
Location: 6400 NW 86th Street Johnston IA USA 50131
Duration: 9 months contract on W2 (possible extension)
Fully Onsite
These positions will be on the Customer Support Team in a Technical Support Center.
Please note: Currently this position is strictly a contingent position and we do not have expectations to transition this position into a full-time employment role. Contingents are eligible to seek full time employment and can monitor for positions through the careers page.
This position will not be extended beyond the current end date. To help with recruitment, the managers have agreed to offer a retention bonus at 3 months of employment and an additional bonus after successful completion of assignment. These will be $1,000 each.*
REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE,&RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· 6+ months experience with customer service/support experience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
· High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications.
· Strong computer, research and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work support hours and occasional holidays to support the business.
DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
* Knowledge of agriculture customers
* Agriculture operations experience, including Precision Farming experience
* Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT or a similar discipline
**Manager highly prefers candidates with a degree, in any field such as Business, Math, Ag, etc.. If they are a high school graduate with no additional education, he would like to see them have a technical certification that shows that they understand how IT database management works**
Support hours fall between 7am - 6pm CST, Monday – Friday and 8 am – 12 pm CST, Saturday.
· Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime based on the needs of the business.
· Candidate must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the 7am-6pm support window.
· Shifts are subject to change based on volumes.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
· Training and mentoring will be on the 8-4:30am shift and last approximately 6 weeks.
· Takes approximately 3-4 months from start date to reach full productivity.
· Limited travel to nearby Des Moines Works for a factory tour and to nearby Jensen Farms approximately twice a year. Will ride along with a Deere full-time employee.
Interviews will include behavioral based questioning

- 18 years of age or older

- Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
- Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work

- Advanced skilled level repairs to include some major engine repairs, diesel after treatment or automotive fuel injection repairs, required
- Four (4) years or more Relevant work experience, preferred
- Must be able to read codes and instructions on the computer
- Must have computer experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet and other related
- Must have minimum tool requirement
- Maintenance computerized programs in order to create reports or communicate with customers, vendors and company representatives
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred
- Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
- Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and the ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications
- Must meet at minimum Tech II up to Tech IV qualifications plus a minimum of 6 months supervisory or training experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, holidays and on-call rotations for roadside assistance
- Must be proficient in SMO, SBT, payroll system, warranty recovery and employee handbook
- Must have a thorough understanding of Unit utilization procedures
- This position requires for you to drive Ryder vehicles. In order to become a Ryder employee you must:
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting and training Technicians as needed, providing customer service to the daily customers, and giving feedback to the Service Manager on the performance of employees for appraisal or disciplinary purposes
- In addition, the Technician in Charge may also oversee parts distribution & inventory, shop reporting, warranty recovery, unit tracking, payroll administration and other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
