The incumbent in this position is a senior leader responsible for driving delivery of a large, multi-year capital program across multiple locations.

This role oversees day-to-day construction management operations, standardizes controls and reporting, and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

The Assistant Director serves as the Director's second-in-command and is expected to be capable of assuming Director-level responsibilities as needed.

The incumbent serves as the Tribe's owner-side construction leader for multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating activities with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or similarly related field is required.

Master's Degree is highly preferred.

Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in construction management or owner's representation with demonstrated responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and safety, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role managing teams and/or multiple projects concurrently is a must.

Working knowledge of construction means and methods, Capital Project Management scheduling, estimating, pay application review, submittals/RFIs, and project controls is required.

Professional credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) or American Institute of Constructors (AIC), Professional Engineer (PE), OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent credentials is highly desired.

Proven track record delivering complex capital projects (vertical and/or infrastructure) with budgets in the multi-million to large program scale.

Prior Florida market experience, especially within municipal, tribal, or public sector capital delivery environments, and/or implementing standardized project controls and reporting across a portfolio is highly desired.

Proficiency with common industry tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera exposure, Excel-based cost tracking, and document control platforms such as Procore/Unifier/SharePoint or similar).

Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required.

What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Equipment Project Manager to lead the implementation, standardization, and performance oversight of car wash equipment across our expanding network. This role plays a critical part in supporting new site development, managing post-acquisition integration, and providing end-to-end oversight of equipment systems to ensure consistency, reliability, and operational excellence.

What you'll bring to the team:

Position Summary / Job Purpose:

The Maritime Safety Associate Investigator position is responsible for investigating major maritime accidents and near misses such as fires, collisions, groundings, and technical issues. This position ensures the safety of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. guests, employees, contractors, visitors, ships, capital equipment, real property, and reputation via shipboard safety incident response and oversight. This position is responsible to be up to date on the latest investigative processes and innovative tools. The team also liaises with external authorities on investigations that warrant outside involvement and represents the company in legal matters and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to incidents and investigations, occasionally outside of normal business hours, on holidays and weekends when required • Proactively suggest ways to improve operational safety and efficiency

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the process of ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulatory operational requirements, environmental permit conditions, and project specific safety requirements for the Port Miami Tunnel. This role provides direct support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager with project-level monitoring, reporting and compliance related to the Quality Management Plan (QMP), Safety and Environmental programs, regulatory reporting, and training.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The HSEQ Professional will work in conjunction and support the HSEQ Manager in:

• Developing and implementing innovative HSEQ programs and strategies and in maintaining compliance to OSHA and environmental standards along with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Implementing the Port Miami Tunnel HSEQ initiatives, performing process and regulatory gap analysis, and in developing key performance indicators and metrics.

• The development and implementation of general safety policies, programs, procedures, delivering trainings and updating training matrices to maintain compliance.

• Conducting random HSEQ observations and process quality audits during regular operations and selected tunnel closures to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal Safety and Environmental regulations and company, project, and site requirements.

• Collaborating with planning/procurement in the specification of appropriate PPE and first aid supplies.

• Monitoring site performance to ensuring compliance and sustainability of the site’s Quality Management Systems.

• Assisting in interpreting laboratory sampling results and preparing regulatory reports.

• Coordinating and implementing QC standards, policies, process standards, initiatives, performing scheduled internal/external audits, quality reviews and approvals to ensure the application of QHSE standards and ensuring the documents are accurate and consistent.

Education and Experience

• Hazwoper certification (required).

• Experience in conducting audits and in the management of the internal audit processes.

• Must obtain the following within three to six (3-6) months of hire: OSHA 10-hour, Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification, National Incident Management System (NIMS) training.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced ads media buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Google.

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who understands platform innovation, creative testing velocity, performance analysis, and how to build a scalable and profitable DTC media machine.

You will report directly to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with our graphic designer. You are expected to take ownership of performance insights, develop structured testing roadmaps, stay ahead of platform updates, and guide the overall paid media strategy.

Your mission: drive new customer acquisition while maintaining healthy, scalable ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership

• Own and scale paid acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Google
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
• Build structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and offers
• Continuously optimize toward efficient CAC and strong ROAS
• Identify scale opportunities while protecting profitability

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience
