GENERAL SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

A customer service representative supports both internal customers (product managers, account managers, production, and finance staff) and external customers with all steps in the sales cycle; from helping to identify required parts or resources to preparing offers (quotes), processing orders, and resolution of after order issues.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

• Provide Customer Service support to our customers, Sales Area Managers, Product Managers and Regional Sales entities;
• Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.
• handle and resolve questions / concerns
• provide information about the organization’s products and service
• generate quotes and process orders as requested by Product Managers, Sales Area Manager, and customers
• enter and ensure proper handling of all orders
• maintain customer pricing based on guidance from product managers
• coordinate delivery and purchase order requirements with Logistics Department,
• communicate special shipment dates and date changes to the Regional Sales entities, Sales Area Managers, and/or customers
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Managers.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Line: Customer Service Manager, Paper Machine Service

Coordination with: engineering, production groups, field sales (SAMs), and finance

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The employee carries out the work within guidelines such as objectives, definitions with minimal oversight. Works with moderate supervision.

• Manufacturing Experience a plus
• Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.

General Description

The Director of Project Delivery is responsible for the strategic oversight and comprehensive management of multiple utility scale power infrastructure projects, emphasizing safety, quality assurance, cost optimization, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, and supplier management. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide the end-to-end execution of complex projects ranging from renewable energy facilities and substations to transmission and distribution infrastructure ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards that align with industry regulations and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, strategies, and execution frameworks that align with Louth Callan's organizational objectives, client specifications, and regulatory compliance in the utility scale power sector.
• Lead pre-bid site assessments, detailed risk analyses, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges, optimize resource utilization, and enhance project viability from the outset.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including close collaboration with engineering design teams, procurement specialists, construction crews, commissioning experts, and operations personnel to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation with precision, utilizing advanced tools to track progress, forecast variances, and implement adjustments for cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Continuously monitor project performance metrics, proactively identify emerging risks, delays, or issues, and deploy robust mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and corrective actions.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive proven experience in senior-level project management, engineering, and construction roles, with a strong emphasis on utility scale power infrastructure projects such as substations, transmission lines, renewable energy systems, and grid modernization.
• Deep technical expertise in utility scale power systems, including design principles, installation techniques, commissioning processes, and operational best practices for components like high-voltage substations, solar PV arrays, wind integration, and energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups and resolution of complex issues.
