The role requires experience providing AAC services in a school environment, working with a caseload primarily composed of high school students.
Key Details:
- Location: Ludlow, MA (assignment site; client office based in West Springfield, MA)
- Contract Dates: July 6, 2026 August 7, 2026, with potential extension for the 2026-2027 school year
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days
- Program: Compass High Program, designed for students with ASD and learning differences
- Caseload: High school students needing AAC services (AAC evaluations not mandatory)
- Credentials: Must meet all state requirements for school-based SLPs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to high school students with ASD or other learning differences
- Utilize AAC tools and strategies to support communication goals within the Compass High Program
