Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is searching for a full-time, fully-remote, patent prosecution patent attorney, with a background in the software arts, to work through the Firm’s alternative-track attorney and staffing program, DWTSurge. We are particularly interested in patent attorneys who have experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications either as part of an in-house team or at medium or large law firms. - A J.D. and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.

The annualized salary range for this full-time contract patent agent position for the following locations is:

- Washington - $179,000 to $211,000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
