My client, a global energy equipment manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer IV for a 1 year W2 Contract based on site in Greenville SC.
Essential Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Machine Tool Technology or Associate’s Degree, or Machinist Apprentice (or similar) graduate with 3 years of experience with graphical based CAM System CNC Programming [OR] High School Degree w/6 years of experience with graphical based CAM System CNC Programming.
Candidates with Siemens NX CAM experience will be given first preference (1953 or later)
Fast-hole EDM drilling, hands on experience
Proficiency generating toolpaths, including creating helper geometry to drive paths

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or other software. This could include multi-axis milling, turning, grinding and/or EDM. This role is focused on Fast-hole EDM drilling and multi-axis small hole drilling.
Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor utilizing Vericut.
Provide CNC related support to M.E. (Manufacturing Engineer) and provide operator training during new / rebuilt machine startup and / or process improvements.

SPM Resources is seeking a Sr. Transportation Construction Inspector with a growing transportation engineering firm in West Columbia, SC. It is a great opportunity to join a growing team looking to add to their dynamic delivery and leadership group. Will be dedicated to a multi-year $2B+ capital improvement design-build project for the SCDOT. Will act as the lead representative coordinating with major heavy civil contractors for the development and replacement of major roads and bridges.
The Sr. Inspector is a senior, proactive leadership role responsible for protecting a major $350M project from quality-driven cost, schedule, and reputational risk. This position is not a compliance-only or box-checking role. The role is expected to actively engage with construction operations, identify quality risks early, and prevent non-conforming work before it occurs, rather than reacting after deficiencies are identified by Quality Assurance (QA) or Owner Verification (OV). This role is designed to prevent quality failures—not document them after the fact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, implement, and continuously improve the Contractor’s Quality Control Program in accordance with the approved CQMP.
- Update QC components of the CQMP as required to address changing work activities or identified deficiencies.
- Promote awareness of SCDOT requirements and stakeholder expectations throughout UBJV staff and subcontractors.
- Report to the Joint Venture Management Team on QC performance, trends, and improvement opportunities. Pre-Planning & Activity Planning
- Constructability review of plans for errors or issues.
- Manage and implement the Pre-Planning and Activity Planning process for all major construction activities.
- Schedule, lead, and document Pre-Activity Meetings prior to commencement of work.
- Verify readiness of work activities before release to production. Hold Points & Inspection Authority, schedule, manage, and document all CQMP and Appendix A hold points.
- Verify all prerequisites are satisfied prior to releasing hold points.
- Exercise authority to stop work and reject non-conforming materials or workmanship.
- Coordination with QA and Owner Verification and Coordinate with the Independent Quality Firm (IQF) to ensure proper staffing, coverage, and compliance with the CQMP.
- Provide oversight of QA activities from a contractor QC perspective without interfering with acceptance functions.
- Serve as the primary QC liaison with SCDOT and the Owner Verification Firm. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action and Manage Deficiency Notices (DNs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through closure.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action development and ensure timely documentation, tracking, and resolution of quality issues.
Field QC Inspections & Reporting
- Perform or oversee QC inspections for self-performed and subcontracted work and ensure inspections and testing are performed by properly certified personnel.
- Review daily QC inspection reports and weekly QC submissions, Environmental & Traffic Control Compliance
- Oversee environmental compliance inspections including SWPPP and erosion control.
- Oversee Maintenance of Traffic and Traffic Control Plan compliance. Documentation & Records Management
- Manage QC document control systems including inspection reports, test results, and material certifications. Ensure records are complete, accurate, and immediately available for audit or review. Materials & Laboratory Coordination
- Coordinate QC laboratory scheduling and testing activities.
- Ensure sampling and testing are performed using AASHTO-accredited laboratories.
- Coordinate QC responsibilities with subcontractors, including paving subcontractor-provided HMA QC.
- The QCM reports directly to the JV Executive Management Team and does not report to the Construction Manager. The QCM has independent authority to stop work, manage and release hold points, reject non-conforming work, and direct corrective actions as required.
REQUIREMENTS (Must have or be able to get certifications)
5–15 years of progressive QC experience in heavy civil highway and bridge construction with experience managing QC programs on large DOT projects.
Demonstrated coordination with QA/IQF and Owner Verification teams.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the design, construction, validation, and operational readiness of a new 503B Outsourcing Facility in Charleston, SC. This project involves the build-out of a modular cleanroom pharmaceutical manufacturing area, within an existing structure, to be compliant with U.S. FDA 503B regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as outlined in 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211.
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of the facility build, including planning, vendor coordination, cleanroom installation, utilities integration, validation, regulatory readiness, and handoff to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of a modular cleanroom manufacturing and supporting structure area build.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Validation, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, cleanroom vendors, equipment suppliers, and consultants.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timeline and budget.
Facility Design & Construction Oversight
- Oversee modular cleanroom design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Ensure facility layout supports compliant workflows, material/personnel flows, and environmental controls.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, HEPA filtration, and critical utility systems (WFI, clean steam, compressed gases, etc.).
- Manage general contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and cGMP requirements.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure facility design and build align with Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and applicable FDA guidance.
- Support readiness for FDA inspection and state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality and Validation teams to ensure proper documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols).
- Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and applicable USP chapters (e.g., USP , ).
Validation & Commissioning
- Oversee commissioning and qualification activities for cleanrooms and critical systems.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring setup and validation activities.
- Support process simulation activities for sterility assurance.
- Support development of SOPs related to facilities and equipment.
- Ensure successful facility turnover to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage capital expenditure budget and vendor contracts.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular executive-level updates.
- Ensure change control processes are followed for scope, schedule, and budget modifications.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or sterile compounding environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading construction or expansion of GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities.
- Direct experience with cleanroom builds (ISO 7/8 and higher classification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations and 503B outsourcing facility requirements.
- Experience managing modular construction projects preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project and/or other project management software.
- Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Life Sciences, or related field (PMP certification preferred).

We are looking for an AWS Dev OpsEngineer with hands-on experience in AWS Tools to help build and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports our data and analytics platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in cloud engineering who is ready to take ownership of infrastructure components and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Executes projects to research, proof of concept, and implement new solutions. Maintains awareness of trends and technologies to meet new and emerging stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Champion the selection of Data and Analytics platforms and tools to be used across the enterprise.
- Engage with users and vendors to execute technology proof of concepts that validate use cases and the value of new solutions.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
- Ensure infrastructure security through proper IAM policies, encryption, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to improve infrastructure design and performance.
- Document infrastructure processes and configurations for operational transparency and team knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and organize requirements to identify options.

Qualifications:

Paid time off:
