SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Chrome Hearts is seeking an experienced Technical CAD Designer to join our Eyewear development and manufacturing team. In this role, you will generate 3D geometry for detailed products and tooling, 2D drawings and other manufacturing / quality control documents. This role starts where the creative process ends and supports the product development cycle all the way into serial manufacturing. This role integrates expertise in product development, manufacturing processes, tooling, document generation and control. This work is primarily done on a 3D CAD platform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Produce detailed 3D geometry, documents and 2Ddrawings based on input from cross-functional teams including product engineering, process development, CAM, manufacturing, and QC.
• Design finished products, tooling, fixtures, and comprehensive technical documentation packages to facilitate manufacturing and quality control.
• Play an integral role in the team developing new or adapted manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Apply expertise in material and process tolerances to design moving parts and complex assemblies.
• Acquire proficiency in material properties for precious metals, plastics, wood, tool steel, aluminum, and 3D-printed materials to design components, complete assemblies, and process tooling.
• Adapt insights from existing manufacturing processes, product designs and materials to shape future development projects.
• Must have ability to articulate and understand complex concepts visually, verbally and in written form.
• Ability to process information from many sources, in different formats, to build a complete design package used to interface with manufacturing and suppliers.
• Ability to organize and store information in digital format.
• Familiarity with rapid prototype CNC manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Stay abreast of current and historical design trends within the company.
• Interface with the data management system a plus.
• Inspect physical parts against the 3D model, generating reports on deviations and collaborating within a team to rectify issues and enhance processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 4 years of 3D modeling experience in an industrial environment with direct contact to the manufacturing team.
• Familiarity with Rhino 7 software is an advantage; training in this area is provided.
• Experience in tooling design.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, software, and tools is a plus.
• Ability to design for manufacturability and aesthetics.
• Proficient in developing manufacturing documents: BOMs, assembly drawings, basic schedules, and costing.
• Proficiency in conceptualizing and refining ideas through group brainstorming sessions.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager-Construction is a 2 year term and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day efforts related to construction, planning, design, and coordinating all aspects of small to large-sized projects related to the Hospital construction programs ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires expertise in healthcare facility delivery, a rigorous command of compliance and regulatory standards, and a passion for leading multidisciplinary teams toward the successful completion of critical healthcare projects. To reach this objective, this role includes creating project objectives, work scope, management plans, overseeing planning, design and construction, managing budgets, schedules, developing and maintaining a relationship with the IOR, HCAi field staff and other agencies involved in the project and collaborating with various internal clients and professionals to ensure successful project delivery. The Manager- Construction Department will assign the Senior Project Manager, at his discretion, projects that match the level of experience of the Senior Project Manager to ensure the greatest success outcome of the project. - The Senior Project Manager will direct, manage and schedule outsourced architectural & engineering firms, general contractors, and other project vendors - allocated to the project and will serve as an adviser and provide resources to the project to resolve technical or operational projects. Requirements:

Our Principal Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs. Working with a cross-discipline team, the candidate must have experience developing, testing, and integrating software for edge or embedded devices and/or subsystems (like telecom, medical, IoT, automotive, or robotics) where hardware operation, time critical function, functional reliability, mission assurance, and safety might be major concerns.

The successful candidate will work with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, Management and other IPT members using Lean and/or Agile practices to ensure that embedded software is designed and developed to reliably operate toward the intended functions.

This position is within the Effectors Center of the Software organization, and is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.

What You Will Do

• Architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and debugging integrated embedded real-time software within heterogenous systems composed of firmware and hardware.
• Working within a cross-discipline team to define, refine, and improve product concept, implementation, testability, and guaranteed, measurable quality.
• Teaching, coaching, and mentoring less experienced staff.
• Contributing to proposals as well as preliminary and critical design reviews.
• Ability to obtain program access.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience using embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) (e.g., Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, Linux, etc.).

• Experience using lab instruments like power-supplies, digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
