This role will lead regional project purchasing initiatives within a global automotive supplier, supporting sourcing strategy, supplier development, and RFQ execution across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Purchasing Manager – Project Purchasing role is a hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a client direct hire position.

Purchasing Manager – Project Purchasing Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional purchasing team (including remote team members across multiple locations)
• Drive project purchasing activities across the full lifecycle, including RFQs, sourcing, and supplier selection
• Oversee project portfolios within thermal systems (HVAC, engine, and cabin heating/cooling)
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across regional and global supplier networks
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Program Management
• Manage supplier relationships and support supplier development initiatives
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize SAP and purchasing systems to manage workflows, reporting, and procurement activities

Purchasing Manager – Project Purchasing Requirements

• 7–10+ years of purchasing experience within a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment
• Strong project purchasing and RFQ experience
• SAP experience required
• Experience leading teams, including remote or regional teams
• Background in global and regional sourcing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with Jaggaer (or similar sourcing/workflow tools) preferred
• Thermal or HVAC product experience is a plus

Project Engineer - Fluid Power Hydraulics

We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in fluid power hydraulics to join our team. In this role, you'll complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements, with a strong focus on designing fluid power systems from cradle to grave. This includes starting with initial concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams through development, building, and shipping the final product. Approximately 80% of the work involves hydraulics (pumping oil), with 20% focused on water or lubrication systems. You'll also improve engineering drawings and ensure that all components and systems sent to the shop floor are fully engineered for form, fit, and function.

Objective:

Complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling elements, emphasizing fluid power hydraulics design and system integration.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with preparation of proposals for fluid power systems, as directed by the Project Manager.
• Conduct engineering reviews of jobs, ensuring form, fit, and function of components in fluid power applications.
• Write change orders as required.
• Answer questions for manufacturing personnel during the build process.

Candidate

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on enterprise sales to new customers. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of outbound driven sales. Experience driving deals to closing and shortening sales cycles are highly valued. Existing knowledge of the industries we sell into and the technologies we deploy will be preferred. The candidate must be highly responsive and fast to act (measured in minutes and hours) on customer and regulator requests for information. Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals

• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?

GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.

What you'll get to do...

• Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
• Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
• Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
• Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
• Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
• Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
