Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and directing all project activities from early planning through final completion, encompassing both preconstruction and construction phases. This individual supports design development, budgeting, bidding, procurement, and constructability efforts during preconstruction, and transitions to ensuring project execution, subcontractor coordination, financial tracking, schedule management, and project closeout during construction. Reporting to a Project Executive, this role requires strong organization, coordination, communication, and technical engineering/construction skills to ensure successful project delivery aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned projects, from preconstruction/DD through mobilization through substantial completion and final closeout.
- Manage multiple fit-out projects throughout tri-state region at once.
- Travel to various jobsites to review field issues, coordinate with superintendents, and attend client/subcontractor meetings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for project coordination, RFI management, submittal tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and manage ALL project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, progress reports, punch lists, and daily logs within Procore or other project management systems.
- Create, monitor and update project schedules in coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and the Project Executive.
- Review subcontractor scopes of work, assist with subcontract drafting and administration, and manage subcontractor compliance with project requirements.
- Lead the preparation and submission of owner billings, subcontractor pay applications, budget tracking, client payments and financial reporting.
- Lead and document project meetings, including owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings.
- Schedule and manage subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings.
- Managing submittals and shop drawings. Assessing conformance to contract specifications, resolving any conflicts in interpretation.
- Manage and coordinate all material tracking and identify long-lead materials at the onset of the project.
- Manage the project change management process, including pricing, tracking, and negotiating owner change orders and subcontractor change orders.
- Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and that work meets project specifications and company standards.
- Support project safety initiatives by working with the site superintendent and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Manage project closeout activities, including punch list management, warranty documentation, and final inspections.
- Communicate regularly with the Site Superintendent and Project Executive to report project status, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Lead the preparation and review of final project documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and turnover packages.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings with design teams, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support project development goals.
- Participate in constructability reviews, identifying design conflicts or inefficiencies that could impact construction cost or schedule.
- Assist in preliminary project scheduling and early site logistics planning to support preconstruction efforts.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, budget updates, within Procore or other project management software.
- Support the preparation of owner presentations, budget updates, bid tabulations, and final GMP or lump sum proposals.
- Communicate regularly with Senior Management (PX/OM, etc.) and internal team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar plus a MINIMUM of 8 years relevant experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Interior Fit-Out Construction and compressed project schedules.
- Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts/subcontracts and design intent.

The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

How You'll Contribute:
The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.
The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.
What You'll Do:
- Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
- Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).
- Develop Faith and Performance project estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), Bid Response submissions, and project agreements in partnership with the Sales Engineer and Proposal Manager
- Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs
- DE may have client interaction and contribute to the P and L performance.
- Project lifecycle is important and learning the standards our clients are comfortable with is just as important as selling new technology and solutions where they fit. The position bears the responsibility to assist in developing long lasting client partnerships alongside the Sales Engineers & work with team members to maintain the account on all levels.
- Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends.

Our biotech client is seeking a Communications Project Manager to support Corporate Communications and R&D Communications in a part-time freelance capacity.
This is an ongoing 20 hours/week role with an expected duration of 6 months, with potential to extend. This position is fully remote and you will be reporting directly to the VP, Enterprise Communications.
The Communications Project Manager will serve as an operational and organizational engine for two fast-moving communications teams. This role ensures projects progress on schedule, leadership receives accurate and timely reporting, and executive-ready materials are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, experienced in cross-functional communications, and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Compile weekly project updates for the VP to support executive staff meeting discussions.
- Prepare and maintain monthly team reports for Corporate Communications and R&D Communications.
- Build quarterly business reviews (QBRs), consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams into executive-ready presentations.
- Create and update executive briefing books (1-2 per week), synthesizing complex information into clear, strategic narratives.
- Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays at 10 AM PST and Thursdays at 11 AM PST), maintaining agendas, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring all commitments are completed.
- Coordinate project inputs across cross-functional partners; track progress, identify risks, and flag blockers.
- Gather updates from stakeholders and ensure completeness, clarity, and alignment to team priorities.
- Synthesize themes across projects to identify patterns, insights, and strategic throughlines for reporting.
- Prepare materials in polished, executive-ready formats.
- Maintain project trackers, shared documents, and operational workflows across Airtable, OneNote, and Teams.
- Support the operational organization of both communications teams as they undergo structural changes, helping maintain consistency, accountability, and predictable information flow.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, communications, executive support, or similar roles
- Experience supporting executive communications or communications teams.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder inputs.
- Proactive, self-starting working style with a Type A attention to detail.
- Exceptional written communication skills and comfort preparing executive-level materials.
- Ability to confidently engage senior leaders to request updates, clarify details, and push for high quality inputs.
- Comfortable synthesizing information and identifying key themes, insights, and priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and a personable, professional presence.
