Possess a fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes, familiarity and knowledge of machining, and a basic understanding of special processes (i.e heat treatment, plating, welding, etc.).
Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 1-3 years inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Preference to have visual inspecting experience with semi-conductor products and/or aerospace products and assemblies.

Overview
A growing advanced manufacturing organization in the Phoenix area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Controls to support the transition of new technologies from development into full production. This role works closely with operations and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and strengthen product quality while supporting electrical systems testing and production readiness.
This position combines hands on manufacturing engineering, controls support, and cross functional collaboration with product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Process Engineering
- Support the transition of new products and technologies into production environments
- Partner with Operations and Product Development teams to improve manufacturability and process efficiency
- Develop and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering and project design activities across various study phases (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, EPCM, and EPC). Experience in flight avionics with electrical hardware development, sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or requirement validation.

Qualifications We Prefer
Missile guidance electronics subsystems typically contain antennas, analog RF circuit cards, digital circuit cards, and configurable logic so the ideal candidate will have a background in designing and troubleshooting of one or more of these components. Ideal candidates will also have experience in project leadership, systems engineering and architecture and have a desire to grow into a higher level.
Experience working with missiles or similar systems.
Experience in Earn Value Management System (EMVS) and Cost Account Management (CAM)
Knowledge of mixed signal electronics.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to drive suppliers in meeting commitments.
Knowledge of DOD Hardware development process (knowledge of design gates).
Experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Experience in developing proposals.
Knowledge and/or experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
