What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

Required:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a territory-based role.
• Demonstrated experience selling to the construction, utility, public works, or a related industrial sector.
• A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
• The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation; you are a natural self-starter who can manage your own schedule and pipeline effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with everyone from a project foreman to a company executive.
• Comfortable and credible on active construction sites and in industrial environments.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred:

• Specific experience in the traffic control industry.
• Familiarity with reading construction plans or traffic control plans (TCPs).
• ATSSA or other relevant traffic safety certifications are a major plus.

Uncommon Middle School Science teachers work in grade-level teams to prepare all students with the tools and knowledge to critically engage in the field of science. At the heart of all Science courses is a love for the subject and inquiry-based learning, including a robust focus on student discourse and the science practices. Science teachers employ a variety of instructional strategies to develop a passion for scientific questioning and analysis in their students. Compensation for this role is between $56,000 to $80,000. 

Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant full-time teaching experience, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time Teaching experience will likely have a starting salary of $56,000.

• Assists with the development of work scopes and front-end documents for bidding to create clear and concise scopes of work, assists with bid processes, including participation in post-bid interviews and answering bidder questions, identifies potential contractors to bid based on project requirements and ability to perform intended scope.

We are supporting a well-established engineering consultancy in the search for a Senior Environmental Professional to join their Philadelphia team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to manage complex projects and support transportation and infrastructure clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessment, remediation, and compliance projects
• Oversee Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Provide technical oversight and mentor junior staff
• Support environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure projects
• Work with transportation clients and agencies, including Department of Transportation (DOT) projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience
• Strong background in environmental site assessments, remediation, and compliance
• Experience supporting DOT or transportation-related projects
• Proven project management and client leadership experience
• Professional licensure (PG, PE, or similar) preferred
