Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Installation Engineer to join our chemical plant construction project in Baytown, Texas (Baytown, TX), USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and Instrumentation (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. What you will do

1.Supervise and manage the installation of MEP systems, including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), power supply and distribution systems, lighting systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, process piping, and instrumentation equipment.

2.Review MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and relevant technical documents to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.

Role Description

This is a hybrid, full-time role for a Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will work directly with customer accounts to understand their live video monitoring use cases, assess existing surveillance systems, and design solutions tailored to their needs using the 3dEYE platform. This role blends customer-facing technical consulting with product integration, requiring a deep understanding of surveillance technologies and cloud-based video workflows. The Director of Environmental & Safety Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive environmental and safety management systems across the organization. This role ensures that the company adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations, as well as industry’ best practices. The director works closely with operational teams, regulatory agencies, contractors, and corporate leadership to drive sustainability initiatives, reduce environmental and safety risks in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations, and ensure readiness for customer and internal audits. The role also oversees contractor management programs and leads ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting.

Summary of essential job functions

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

· Develop, implement, and oversee safety management and environmental compliance systems, policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations (e.g., EPA, DOT, OSHA, state environmental agencies).
