We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electrical and electro-mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with the mechanical engineering, electrical, and production teams to design control systems, improve existing products, and support system integration and testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical and CAD design tools, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and enhance moderately complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems including panel assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support the mechanical engineering department with detailing and light to intermediate design work using Inventor and Autodesk Product Design Suite.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS to evaluate design performance and identify potential improvements.
• Identify issues within existing product designs and recommend, implement, and document approved engineering changes.
• Collaborate with the mechanical design team to ensure seamless integration between electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to electricians, electrical technicians, and shop floor assemblers during system assembly and troubleshooting.
• Assist test engineers and technicians with component testing, bench testing, and validation of various systems.
• Verify the proper operation of sterilizer control systems upon completion and ensure they meet design and operational requirements.
• Support production teams by addressing assembly questions and resolving technical issues during manufacturing and system build processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electro-mechanical system design and development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (required) for creating wiring diagrams, schematics, and control panel layouts.
• Experience with CAD software such as Autodesk Product Design Suite and Inventor.
• Experience with ANSYS or other FEA tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with measuring devices, engineering lab equipment, and standard engineering tools.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, and UL508A is preferred.
• Ability to design, fabricate, modify, enhance, and evaluate moderately complex electrical and electro-mechanical systems within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and technical teams.

Technical Writer – Newtown, PA

The Technical Writer will support oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing by authoring, revising, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation in compliance with cGMP and FDA requirements. This role partners closely with Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Engineering to ensure controlled documents are accurate, clear, consistent, and inspection ready. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:Author, review, and maintain controlled technical documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Production Records (MPRs), Master Packaging Records (MPKs), protocols, and technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Quality Assurance & Equipment Testing

• Perform routine daily, monthly, and annual quality assurance (QA) tests on linear accelerators, imaging systems, and other radiation therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety
• Conduct patient-specific QA procedures, including IMRT/VMAT dose verification and phantom-based measurements
• Assist with the commissioning and acceptance testing of new treatment technologies and imaging systems

Radiation Safety Support

• Support radiation safety work across the spectrum of medical uses, including external beam therapy, diagnostic imaging, procedural fluoroscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic uses of radioactive material.

System Support & Data Management

Clinical Development and Research Support

• Participate in clinical development and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Physics, Medical Physics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s degree from a CAMPEP approved program preferred)

• Experience or familiarity with QA tools, survey meters, dosimeters, and treatment planning software

Mission:

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Admin to join our growing team. This individual will provide administrative support to the Engineering Department. Position responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the department, supporting interdepartmental processes and interactions, coordination and scheduling of meetings, prioritizing incoming communication, engineering team calendar management, and employee onboarding. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and have a systematic approach to organizing their workload.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key point of contact to internal employees as well as external partners, customers and vendors who interact with the Engineering team
• Manage and track engineering non-inventory purchasing
• Review and manage expenses for engineering
• Manage, track, and document engineering hours for internal and 3rd party engineering resources
• Manage and maintain engineering documentation
• Develop and maintain engineering standard operating procedures
• Engineering support for and compliance of quality management system processes
• Manage and track Beta inventory
• Manage engineering support for the RMA/FMA, QC, and SC processes
• Provide authorizations to support production
• Define and own engineering safety processes, including MSDS safety data sheets and PPE requirements
• Manage organization of engineering area and drive 5S best practices
• Calendar management for team, scheduling for internal and external meetings, and preparation of agendas, minutes, and required materials
• Manage the employee training site to ensure all personal are current on educational requirements
• Support on-boarding of new engineering resources
• Provide coordination and support to NPD and Sustaining projects and activities
• Support Project Manager with various tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role. Ideal background is supporting an Engineering department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer and technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft suite.
• Must demonstrate the ability to be agile and pivot as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As a boutique real estate development firm with a strong bench of talent in-house; every project is delivered through cultivating a creative vision and experience. We lead the master planning, own the creative direction, and provide interior design in-house. This structure places the PM in a highly collaborative, design-forward environment where execution rigor and creative ambition are equally non-negotiable.

The Project Manager acts as the Owner’s Representative for a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects primarily in the Greater Philadelphia region, but including locations across the U.S.. The role owns the full arc of delivery—from feasibility to closeout—with a responsibility to protect design intent while enforcing budget discipline, schedule accountability, and execution quality.

Reporting to the Project Director, the PM serves as the central decision integrator across internal teams (development, design, finance) and external partners (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities). Success in this role requires deep construction knowledge, 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or real estate development, and a proven ability in managing overlapping complex projects of various size and scale, high-end client expectations, and close collaboration with internal and external design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Owner’s Representation

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client communication related to budget, schedule, scope, and delivery logistics - with prior alignment from leadership. Clients should be handled with exceptionally high-level care and service.
• Lead projects from pre-development and entitlements through construction and closeout, ensuring continuity of vision and execution.
• Develop project execution strategies (delivery approach, phasing, procurement strategy) aligned with approved scope, budget, schedule, and design intent.
• Act as the central liaison between the client, internal leadership (Project Director, Creative Director, Design Lead), and external teams.
• Identify project risks early (budget, schedule, scope, constructability, approvals) and escalate concerns with clear mitigation options and recommendations.
• Drive projects forward with a calm, thoughtful leadership style that maintains momentum without creating unnecessary pressure on the team.
• Support feasibility analysis during early project phases, including high-level budget validation, schedule viability, and delivery approach assessment.

Budget, Scope & Schedule Management

• Develop detailed master project budgets (soft costs, hard costs, contingencies, allowances) with oversight and approval from leadership.
• Establish and maintain master project schedules, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction milestones.
• Track all project costs against budget; review invoices and pay applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Lead cost estimating, value engineering, and cost-control exercises in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Review, level, and analyze contractor bids and proposals; provide award recommendations.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and challenge change orders to protect project value and intent.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify impacts, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Identify scope creep and scope changes, clearly documenting impacts and escalating to the Project Director with recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the Procurement Lead to align purchasing schedules, delivery sequencing, storage logistics, and cash flow with the master project schedule.

Consultant & Contractor Management

• Manage architects, engineers, and specialty consultants from concept through construction with respect to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive design phases forward in close coordination with the Design Lead (Concept, SD, DD, CD), ensuring timely decision-making and resolution of issues.
• Draft, issue, and manage RFQ/RFP processes for consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee contractor performance during pre-construction and construction, holding teams accountable to contract requirements.

Design, Coordination & Quality Oversight

• Lead internal and external coordination meetings during design to ensure all disciplines are aligned toward a complete, coordinated IFC set.
• Review drawings and specifications for completeness, coordination, and alignment with budget and schedule.
• Monitor construction quality and conformance with approved documents and design intent.

Permitting, Approvals & Local Coordination

• Support and coordinate zoning, permitting, and inspection processes in collaboration with consultants, general contractors, and local municipalities.
• Track approvals, conditions, and compliance requirements, ensuring information is routed to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the General Contractor’s permitting and inspection responsibilities to align with the project schedule.

Construction Administration & Closeout

• Lead weekly project meetings; prepare and distribute clear meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Perform regular site visits during construction to verify progress, quality, and adherence to schedule.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change management workflows, ensuring timely review, documentation, and communication.
• Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, certificates of occupancy, warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate development or owner’s representative project management - with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Programs: Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or Project 365) & Microsoft or Google Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

Ideal Experience & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, with the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules, supported by strong financial acumen, cost tracking, and budget analysis.
• Contract administration and negotiation expertise, including managing complex consultant and contractor relationships.
• Experience leading internal and external project teams through complex processes, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented, and accountable working environment.

• Background working within boutique, design-driven, or quality-focused development environments.
• Familiarity with local permitting, zoning, and construction practices in the Greater Philadelphia region.
