Technical Account Manager (TAM) – MSP / Infrastructure Focus

Location: Naperville, IL (Initial 2 weeks for training), Chicago, IL- for later; Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly technical Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on assessing technical environments, performing audits, identifying gaps, and driving best-practice recommendations across multiple client environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong infrastructure, networking, or cloud background who enjoys analyzing systems, understanding configurations, and providing actionable insights, rather than performing configuration or implementation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log into client systems, firewalls, and network environments to analyze data and assess system health.
• Perform technical assessments and audits, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and document best practices and remediation plans.
• Serve as a client-facing technical advisor, translating findings into business impact for stakeholders.
• Support multiple clients in an MSP or multi-tenant environment, adapting to varying levels of technical maturity.
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure accurate, up-to-date records of technical findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, network engineering, or cloud environments.
• Experience with MSP or multi-client environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, servers, and infrastructure, with the ability to interpret logs and configuration data.
• Experience conducting technical audits, assessments, or health checks.
• Strong executive-facing communication skills; able to present technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security and governance frameworks is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across clients.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, policy reviews, and managed security tooling.
• Experience with documentation and compliance standards in MSP environments.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations supporting multi-shift production lines along with facilities oversight at a global nutrition and wellness company in Aurora, Illinois. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

This role is key to ensuring equipment reliability, driving strong preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and maintaining full compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Beyond the technical scope, this leader will build and inspire a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement initiatives, oversee critical capital projects, and promote a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; comparable hands-on experience will also be considered.
• At least five years of experience in plant operations leadership, including a minimum of two years overseeing and developing direct reports.
• In-depth expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues within high-voltage, multi-phase electrical systems.
• Background working with food manufacturing and packaging machinery, including related production processes.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, security and alarm systems, fire protection systems, and facility electrical distribution infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of GMP standards, OSHA requirements, electrical safety practices, and food safety regulations (FDA, SQF, NSF), as well as applicable building codes.
• Experience utilizing computerized preventive and predictive maintenance systems, including work order management and performance trend analysis.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Ability to interpret and analyze control logic diagrams, P&IDs, and other technical documentation related to automated packaging systems.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000/year + bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our high-precision metal manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive proposals for custom-manufactured components used in Electric Vehicles (EV), Aerospace, and Power Generation applications.

The Estimator will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, customers, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, efficient process planning, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for custom manufacturing projects
• Create detailed process routings and establish estimated production timelines
• Calculate material layouts, usage, and required outside services
• Prepare and submit formal proposals for customer review
• Partner with the Engineering and Production teams to validate processes and costs

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing (Estimating, Inside Sales, CNC Operations, Stamping, Industrial Engineering, or Fabrication preferred)
• Strong knowledge of machining and sheet metal fabrication processes
• Associate degree preferred

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
