Travel Specialist (Bilingual English & French)
The Customer Service team is responsible for maintaining Tablet's reputation for having the best customer service in the online travel agency business. As the face of the company our Travel Specialists' mission is to create a customer experience so incredible it defines the brand.
Travel Specialists convert new users into loyal customers, keep existing customers coming back for more, quickly and confidently minimize damage (regardless of the source) while demonstrating resourcefulness and grit, and are able to predict and get ahead of conflicts.
As a Travel Specialist you'll assist our clients across the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands via phone, email, and live chat with hotel reservations, hotel recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, and feedback. You'll also be an ambassador of our Tablet Plus program. Additionally, up to 25% of the role will be dedicated toward restaurant inquiries for the MICHELIN Guide.
Maintaining an incredible customer experience requires timely and concise communication between clients and hotel partners with an ability to manage expectations in a high-volume and collaborative setting. Job Overview The Cost Analyst will oversee financial operations for one or more projects, including cost accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
They will develop cost estimates for projects based on work scope, specifications, and contract proposals using applicable estimating methodologies and tools; and analyze project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labor, material, equipment, and service requirements.
They will use benchmark data, trends, prior estimates, and historical pricing schedules to generate detailed cost estimates that consist of itemized lists of expenses, labor hours, material quantities, and potential cost variations.
They may use different estimating methods, mathematical models, or specialized estimating software tools to generate estimates depending on the complexity and type of project.
The Cost Analyst will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Responsibilities: 1.
Proposal Pricing & Compliance: a.
Lead the cost volume development for proposals (DoD, Prime Contractors).

Prepare detailed cost models and pricing strategies compliant with FAR and CAS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, Program Management) to gather input and validate cost assumptions.

About the Role
Our leading retail client is seeking a Finance & Operations Administrator to support the Property Coordinator, Marketing Director, and Center Management Team at Westfield World Trade Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across finance, tenant coordination, contracts, events, and marketing support.

What You’ll Do
Finance & Administrative Operations
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including PO/invoice processing, manual billings, and percentage rent calculations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and audits
- Collect tenant sales data and maintain accurate rent rolls and financial trackers
- Reconcile P-card expenses and maintain financial documentation
- Maintain service contracts, work orders, and vendor documentation
Tenant, Vendor & Property Coordination
- Manage tenant onboarding and ongoing support, including certificates of insurance and compliance documentation
- Oversee the Port Authority Loading Dock (VS3) system, including delivery approvals and scheduling
- Issue tenant notices related to deliveries, operations, and lease requirements
- Serve as a key liaison between tenants, facilities, security, and internal teams
Retailer Events & On-Site Activation Support
- Coordinate in-store retailer events by collecting event details and securing required approvals
- Communicate event plans to security, housekeeping, engineering, and marketing partners
- Support on-site activations such as Gift with Purchase programs, The Good Festival, and seasonal events
- Assist with new retailer orientation, including URW Connect app training, center amenities, and operational guidelines
- Gather retailer feedback and participation data to support continuous improvement
Website & Marketing Content Support
- Audit and maintain the Westfield WTC website to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment
- Upload and manage promotions, tenant offers, and event listings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across messaging, imagery, and campaign content
- Support marketing campaigns and seasonal activations with timely content updates
General Office & Team Support
- Process mail, invoices, checks, and tenant documentation
- Order office supplies and coordinate IT support as needed
- Attend weekly staff meetings and required trainings
- Support ad hoc administrative and operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or finance support role
- Experience with AP/AR, invoicing, and financial documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with Salesforce and Procore is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure
