SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Engineer/Continuous improvement engineer provides production support for manufacturing process and technical drawings. The ME/CI Engineer assists in developing and supporting continuous improvement tools across the organization. At the manager’s discretion, the ME/CI Engineer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Create graphical representations of special and standard customer order requirements
- Takes initiative to identify and analyze problems in a logical manner.
- Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections.

What will your typical day look like?
As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.
- Component level testing an asset.
- Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
- Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
- Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
- Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
- Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
- Provide feedback to engineering and operations groups regarding first time assemblies.
- Complete repair on assemblies that have failed during one of the post-assembly tests.
- Assist in product validation and testing when required.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement
- Maintain 5S of your work area.
- Assist in inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Program Leader, Environmental Fate and Remediation will provide strategic leadership, subject matter expertise and oversight/management of consultant support in assessing, managing, and mitigating environmental risks associated with materials, chemicals and components throughout the lifecycle of company’s product systems. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to analyze the environmental fate of materials, managing risks related to restricted and emerging substances of concern, and overseeing site environmental remediation and long-term care programs. The Program Expert will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to support product development and environmental compliance objectives
In this role, you will:
Environmental Fate Assessment & Strategy
- Lead the assessment and evaluation of the environmental fate of materials, chemicals, components, and packaging in Kimberly-Clark product systems and supply chain operations, including conducting environmental impact analyses and developing strategies to minimize adverse outcomes across the product lifecycle.
- Develop and deploy business processes and controls to manage environmental risks associated with product materials and packaging, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Stewardship teams to integrate environmental fate considerations into product design and innovation.
Substance Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify, evaluate, and manage environmental risks and exposures related to restricted substances and emerging substances of concern throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and interpret evolving environmental regulatory standards and company policy requirements, assessing their impact on products and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards regarding restricted and emerging substances, including the development and maintenance of governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead environmental incident response, audits, investigations, and remediation planning for issues related to substances of concern.
Environmental & Site Remediation Program Oversight
- Oversee and manage environmental and site remediation programs, ensuring effective risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company policies and corporate financial instructions.
- Develop and implement remediation strategies, monitor program performance, and review/approve action plans in response to critical incidents.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for environmental remediation projects, including risk assessment and stakeholder engagement.

- Develop and implement program strategies for the environmental management of substances of concern, including governance frameworks, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay current on emerging issues and inform enterprise response, including escalation to executive leadership as needed.
Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and deliver clear communications and reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners.

Essential Duties
- Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
- Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
- Identifies and analyzes deviations from established manufacturing standards and best practices; conducts root cause analysis and develops data-driven corrective and preventive solutions.

We are actively seeking a Service Manager with extensive experience in Electrical/ HVAC service operations, including maintenance programs, equipment replacements, system diagnostics, and retrofit projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic project management, and leadership skills to oversee service based projects from planning through completion, ensuring reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC/electrical service projects including preventive maintenance programs, equipment replacements, retrofits, and complex troubleshooting events while ensuring they meet quality standards, budget expectations, and established timelines
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure service scopes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with all relevant codes, standards, and customer requirements
• Develop and manage service project schedules and work plans, identifying manpower, subcontractors, and materials needed for successful project completion
• Monitor project progress and field performance, adjusting plans as needed to resolve issues, mitigate risk, and maintain uptime for customer facilities
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates, transparent reporting, and quick response to any concerns
• Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism across all job sites
Qualifications
• Proven track record managing HVAC/electrical service projects with at least 7 years of experience in service management, service project oversight, or complex mechanical system maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, equipment replacement strategies, and service based workflows
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate technicians and subcontractors to achieve service objectives
• Proficiency in service and construction project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

This role owns the customer relationship, ensuring retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations. Must be comfortable working within a manufacturing/production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day account needs and inquiries.
- Handle order entry, order status updates, and issue resolution promptly to meet or exceed expected response times and customer satisfaction goals.
- Proactively manage and prioritize customer concerns, escalating issues when required to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries in alignment with defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and activity in the CRM (HubSpot).

Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion

Job Description: In this position, the candidate must have robot experience and a basic understanding of PLCs and how they operate. The AE will be the main contact for project development and execution, in addition to being able to demonstrate a high level of multi-tasking, at times. Robot system integration and remote plant support will be two key responsibilities of the Automation Engineer in this fast-paced opportunity. This job is located at the Quikrete Corporate Engineering office (Johns Creek, GA) and will require travel to company plant sites (30-40%)
Prerequisites:
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience with Robotics (Fanuc is a plus).
- Travel: 30-40% and MUST be willing to travel on short notice.
- Clean background check/drug test required.
- Allen Bradley PLC/HMI experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and how to use it.
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team setting.
- Project leadership and accountability are critical for this position.
- Must promote a safe working environment along with good housekeeping practices.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
ENGINEERING:
- The use of AutoCAD will be required to create system layout and part drawings.
- Properly maintaining and documenting orders for each projects budget.
- Developing robot simulations to achieve the most efficient production rates.
- PLC programming. Must be able to modify and read PLC programs.
- Robot programming for material handling applications.
ASSEMBLY:
- General fabrication (i.e., drilling, tapping, cutting, welding).
- Electrical wiring of motors, safety devices, and control panels.
- Conveyor assembly which includes power, sensor wiring/mounting, and troubleshooting.
- The AE should be able to create, read, modify, and follow electrical and mechanical prints.
- Wire and component labeling to correspond with the system prints.
CHECKOUT/PRE-SHIP:
- System testing, debugging and optimization to ensure company standards and productivity goals are achieved.
- Plant acceptance testing with plant personnel and upper management at Corporate ENG.
- Machine teardown and shipment preparation.
- Operators’ manual creation for plant use.
AUTOMATION SYSTEM COMMISSIONING:
- System debug and start up.
- Operator training on safety, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system is operating per the Plant acceptance testing.
- Provide daily commissioning updates.
- Coordinating with the Regional Engineer and Automation Technicians to get robot systems installed, debugged, and commissioned based on corporate specifications and standards.
LONG TERM SUPPORT:
- Providing remote support to plants from the Johns Creek office via company network.
- Staying in touch with preventative and predictive maintenance situations.
- Providing part numbers and vendor contacts to plant management.
- Provide urgent onsite assistance in down situations that may include travel on short notice.
