Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- SYSTEM FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY to join our MAINTENANCE team!
The System Director of Facilities Management and Security is directly accountable for the staff, management, fiscal responsibility, and operational oversight of multiple departments across the system. This position works collaboratively with Aspirus leadership and executive leadership to ensure the successful creation and oversight of the goals and objectives assigned to the system departments and programs. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned and achieving strategic business plan implementation.
In addition, this role will have direct responsibility for administrative management, budget and financial management, capital planning oversight and accountability for all operational programs of the hospitals and outlying buildings including, but not limited to, Plant Operations, Grounds and Landscaping, Security, Safety and Emergency Management programs, and Joint Commission standards. Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of management practices, and hospital maintenance standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration or Engineering or through work experience of equal equivalence.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten years’ progressively responsible experience in facilities management, security, safety, emergency management or related field. Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.

Description
Develop and support safety and continuous improvement activities by overseeing the tooling/fixture procurement process from design through build, including the supervision of tool makers & a broach bar technician. This includes machine shop fixtures and misc. work holding. The primary purpose of this position is to design innovative fixtures, assign work & direct the tool makers and manage/approve designs/procurement of our broach bar inventory. This position is critical in achieving operational excellence throughout the facility.
Requirements
· Design, implement, and trouble shoot work holding, gauges & equipment components used in production machines.
· Out-source work to vendors and follow-up with build schedules. Evaluate build time & skill level required to build items and determine cost & lead time. Follow-up to ensure build is on time.
· Issue purchase orders for materials and tool room supplies and ensure correct items are ordered and arrive on time.
· Supervise all shifts of the tool room & broach bar technician. Assign work, direct activities and ensure 90% on time completion. Mentor, train and motivate employees to continually develop their skills.
· Manage broach bar processes from design review/approvals, broach bar inventory management (quoting, ordering, and procurement), trouble shooting, and problem-solving broaching issues on the floor.
· Tool Room leadership, process, tooling, & fixture problem solving. Toolmaker training in best practices and promoting continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-time delivery, & Employee Development.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to continually improve processes, equipment & practices.
- Establish & maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Competencies:
· Excellent communications skills to be able to interface with a multitude of various personalities & attitudes and still maintain a professional demeanor.
· 3D Solids modeling design experience, preferably PTC Creo.
· Can develop innovative tooling designs that are ergonomically sound and are easily machinable with proper GD&T and material call outs.

Job Title: Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector
Location: Racine, Wisconsin (WI)
Position Summary
The Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting structured test drives of new or serviced tractors to evaluate operational performance, safety, and overall product quality. This role identifies, documents, and communicates mechanical, functional, and quality-related issues observed during dynamic testing. The position collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Service teams to support root cause analysis and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standardized and ad-hoc test drives of tractors on various terrains including paved surfaces, gravel tracks, fields, and slopes under varying load conditions and speeds.
- Evaluate and validate performance of critical systems including engine, transmission, PTO, hydraulics, steering, braking systems, 3-point hitch, auxiliary circuits, and implements.
- Identify and document issues related to NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), drivetrain irregularities, hydraulic lag or oscillation, steering drift, brake fade, electrical faults, sensor anomalies, and operator interface (HMI) defects.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections for leaks, loose components, misalignment, abnormal wear, sharp edges, fit and finish defects, and paint or coating issues.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools or data acquisition systems to verify CAN bus communication, read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and capture operational data logs.
- Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
- Support root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions based on test results.
- Perform pre-operation safety inspections including checks of tires, fluid levels, lights, horn, ROPS, and seat belts.
- Recommend improvements to product design, assembly processes, and testing procedures based on operational observations.
- Follow all safety protocols and testing procedures during equipment operation and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Agricultural Equipment Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractors or heavy/mobile equipment in agricultural, construction, industrial, testing, or service environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate tractors with manual and hydrostatic transmissions.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, powertrain systems, and electrical systems.
- Experience with CAN diagnostics and reading diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) preferred.

The Materials Manager is responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory control, and material flow to support production in a heavy metal fabrication, generator enclosures and related components space. This role ensures the timely availability of raw materials, fabricated components and purchased parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels, controlling costs, formulating production schedules and supporting on-time delivery to customers.
The Materials Manager works closely with production, engineering, quality and suppliers to ensure materials meet specifications and are available to support fabrication, welding, machining, finishing and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Planning & Production Support
- Develop and manage material requirements to support production schedules for generator enclosures and heavy fabricated assemblies.
- Coordinate with production planning and scheduling to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing demand.

Procurement & Supplier Management

classes is preferred. Beginning level is preferred. - Have 1-2 years job experience on diesel repairs, tractor- trailer, refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
- One year documented experience in fleet maintenance or one-year employment with company at upper scale of Class C Technician.
- Possess basic hand tools (up to ½" drive) and tool storage.
- Possess or acquire within 1 year from date of hire a current ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) (Test T8).
- Possess a Valid Class C Driver's License. A Class A license is preferred but not required.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Program/Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) provides strategic leadership and hands-on orchestration of complex, cross-functional, system-level engineering programs that span hardware, controls, software and manufacturing domains from concept through commercialization. This leader builds and manages integrated program plans across all functions to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest safety, quality, cost, customer value and overall business impact. The Program/Project Manager fosters collaboration, innovation and learning across functions and drives execution through schedule integrity (capacity planning, critical path), proactively identifies and mitigates risks, ensures manufacturing and supplier readiness, and facilitates governance using Rite-Hite's New Product Development process and the appropriate Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid methods. Additionally, the Program/Project Manager will help evolve and shape Rite-Hite's NPD process to scale appropriately for the various types of NPD projects and business needs while driving consistent adoption through the NPD stakeholder community. The Program/Project Manager integrates systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and an iterative approach to accelerate value delivery and build a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
KEY OUTCOMES
- On-time to launch: 90% of NPD stage gate milestones met; 85% of programs launch on or before target dates.
- Quality at launch and customer value: First-pass build yield and early field performance meet or exceed targets; post-launch defect rate/warranty within target thresholds while delivering tangible customer and market value.
- Business case realization: Internal program cost + orders, sales and margin aligned with business case; variance drivers identified with corrective actions.
- Readiness: Manufacturing, supplier, service and go-to-market readiness complete per integrated system-level program plan; no critical "late surprises."
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the business unit leadership team to execute prioritized complex, multi-disciplinary New Product Development programs to deliver target safety, quality, cost, customer value and overall business impact.
- Ensure alignment on requirements (VOC), product/feature scope and acceptance criteria.
- Apply systems engineering management principles to ensure integration across mechanical, controls, electrical, and software disciplines.
- Facilitate business and technical trade-offs to protect customer value; escalate issues with data, options and recommendations.
- Act as a connector between strategy and execution, aligning engineering, product, and business roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership on program management best practices and emerging trends and supporting technologies in the field.
- Support business unit annual capacity planning to help determine next fiscal year roadmaps and strategic plans.
Program and Project Management:
Aligned with the business unit strategy and roadmap, build and maintain integrated program plans across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Applications, Service, IT, HR, Legal/IP and Finance.
- Own the integrated program plan with explicit dependencies, resource loading and a continuously maintained critical path.
- Establish and manage scope/schedule/cost baselines with formal change control.
- Maintain a living schedule risk analysis with scenario planning; create what-if plans and recovery paths.
Governance and Standardization:
Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodologies, frameworks and processes. Ensure consistent application of governance policies, risk management, and quality assurance across all projects and programs.
- Operate within Rite-Hite's New Product Development process; scale the process as appropriate for the scope of each program; prepare and run program reviews (core team, stakeholder updates, stage gates with clear entry/exit criteria), documented decisions and follow-ups.
- Champion and continuously improve Rite-Hite's New Product Development stage gate process across all functions with ongoing training, standard tools/templates, and best practice sharing.
- Blend Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid appropriately across hardware and embedded/software components; ensure traceability from requirements to test/validation.
- Identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks that limit innovation or cross-functional efficiency.
Resource Management:
Lead resource planning and allocation across projects and programs to ensure optimal utilization. Identify and resolve labor, asset, plant, vendor, etc. conflicts and ensure adequate staffing for high-priority projects. Proactively surface cross-program dependencies and resolve conflicts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Link to established business unit KPIs (e.g., on-time stage gates) and establish program-specific leading indicator KPIs (e.g., critical path health) to monitor program health. Track program budgets, capital/tooling and unit economics; partner with product management and finance on business case gating and post-launch performance. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads without direct authority; fosters a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited 4-year university.
- 5-10 years' experience leading complex new product development and system-level programs for industrial/electro-mechanical products or integrated controls-software offerings from concept through launch, with expertise in critical path, dependency mapping and integrated cross-functional planning.
- 3-5 years' experience in a senior role within an EPMO or similar role with oversight of strategic direction or project management across an organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional hardware, software and service programs with manufacturing and supply chain integration in a matrix-based organization.
- Experience operating within a stage-gate or milestone NPD process; familiarity with DFM, FMEA, V&V, pilot builds and commercialization.
- Proven track record delivering on schedule and business case with rigorous risk management and change control.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong experience in managing relationships, facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts with senior leadership, business leaders and other key stakeholders, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across an organization.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in manufacturing and sales/industrial equipment industries.
- Experience with loading dock equipment, industrial doors, safety barriers, industrial fans and other material-handling/in-plant safety equipment.
- Experience with Jama, Jira and Confluence management tools.

What You'll DoDesign and develop mechanical and structural components for vehicle restraint systems and related products
Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks (or similar CAD tools)
Support product changes, enhancements, and new development projects across the product lifecycle
Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, supply chain, and testing teams to bring designs from concept through release
Select materials and components with consideration for performance, cost, and manufacturability

Own small engineering projects or workstreams, helping drive progress from problem definition to solution

2-3 years of post-graduation engineering experience in product design, development, or project-based engineering work
Hands-on experience designing metal components and fabricated parts (e.g., machined parts, structural components, weldments, brackets)
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred; Creo or similar acceptable)
Experience working on cross-functional engineering projects - beyond routine ECN-only work
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, detail-oriented engineering mindset
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines
Experience with moving or mechanical systems (e.g., mechanisms, linkages, actuators, rotating components)
Exposure to new product development (NPD), VAVE, or stage-based project workflows
Experience with testing, validation, test plans, or tools such as DFMEA/FMEA
Familiarity with electromechanical systems or working alongside electrical engineers
Work hands-on with physical products in an R&D and test lab environment
Contribute to a mature but evolving product line with a clear roadmap and room for innovation
