This off-shift position is located within our Plant 10 Whitehall Casting Operation and will direct and motivate the manufacturing work force to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner and ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervises an effective team; includes planning and holding meetings, preparing and conducting performance appraisals as appropriate, managing staffing levels (including vacations, overtime, and leaves of absences), assisting with career development (motivates, coaches, and trains to acquire maximum quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation), approving time and attendance, and prioritizing and making work assignments.
- Provides effective feedback to employees, both positive and negative. Maintains appropriate documentation for all disciplinary actions taken.
- Provides training and mentoring to new Supervisors.
- Directs training and orientation of employees to ensure EHS rules are known and understood, to improve work performance, and acquaint employees with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with the collective bargaining agreement. Interfaces between management and union officials. Handles grievances.

Basic Qualifications:

Overview
This position works under direct supervision while using MIG welders to assemble steel fabrications to job order specifications and engineering drawings. The team member will be required to follow and meet safety and quality standards while maintaining production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
- Performs in position MIG welding of tack-welded components
- Assembles and tack-welds steel frames and other component parts of machinery and equipment in preparation for final welding
- Able to produce strong quality welds that meet site quality standards
- Uses locating fixtures and positioners to assist in the welding process
- Understanding of the metal fabricating processes
- Reads and understands drawings and welding symbols.
- Utilizes quality checks to meet product standards.
- Able to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Able to practice 5S within assigned area.
- Able to maintain standard production times while maintaining quality work
- Any other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- MIG ARC welding vocation training preferred but not required
- Preferred experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of basic fabrication practices and materials is preferred, as is general mechanical knowledge
- Willing to use air, power and hand tools, including cutting torches and grinders
Salary: $21.00 hr. plus $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, crouching, bending 8+ hours
- Lifting - maximum of 40 lbs.

Trek Store Okemos
As Service Manager, you'll be the operations lead for your store's Service Centerand you'll be the one who's ultimately accountable for all decisions relating to workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure every customer has the best experience.
You'll be the primary service advisor at the shop, integrating the sales and service experience, while holding your team accountable for delivering Trek's signature hospitality. That means you'll need to be a great communicator and leader who knows how to get the best out of your colleagues.
You'll train your team, engage with customers to recommend the right service at the right time, manage and control service costs, keep service orders organized, ensure a clean and efficient department and take an active lead in ensuring the right bikes are built and delivered to the sales floor and your customers. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will manage all communication from the Service Department to customers and write more than 50% of the work orders for the shop.

- Vehicle Process Engineer Specialist (Toluca Vehicles) will create, updating and maintenance of process documents that affect the current and new vehicle program(s) project(s) and includes working in different process areas BIW and General Assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Process Engineer must be able to perform studies for assembly processes, process documents creation includes graphics & illustrations of the parts to be assembled and its development contains the identification of assembly risks through the use and implementation of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) on current and new products. The previous activities includes the sequence analysis to install parts, the implementation of product and parts engineering specifications, process tools specifications, digital process simulation studies and interferences analysis related to current and new products parts and assemblies, as well as any other study related to required process, it will be performed under the acknowledgment and use of the following software applications: Teamcenter 11, Siemens NX (NX Unigraphics software), Mockup and Vis-Professional Version 14.1 visualizers, MS Visio 2016, Autodesk DWG TrueView 2019, MS PowerPoint and MS Office 2016, Snipping Tool Version 10, AMPS - Advanced Manufacturing Planning Systems (Client Internal System). These computer software applications will be used to define process and identify in advance any potential process risk with the use of PFMEA technique to ensure the correct integration of processes on time, in a safety matter and in accordance with product specifications.
- As part of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) development, Vehicle Process Engineer will generate the initial list of PFMEAs to be carried out according to the new processes requirements. The definition of PFMEAs will be performed in mutual agreement with VPE Cars, WPI (Work Process Integration) and plant team members. Once the matrix of PFMEAs to be generated has been defined, Process Engineer will be responsible to schedule meetings in mutual agreement with VPE and plant, develop and lead the PFMEAs. For the creation of PFMEA it will be required to populate the process steps on the PFMEA form provided by VPE Cars /WPI, which includes process steps, identifying potential process risks, establishment of severity, occurrence and detection values, establishment of recommended actions, assignment of responsible for each created recommended action, creation of summary reports after each PFMEA review and document posting into WPI web. It also includes the follow-up of open recommended actions with responsible(s) up to which all the actions will be closed as well.
- Vehicle Process Engineer will be responsible to perform the new and update process documents for the current and new vehicle product programs produced by Toluca Plant, it includes all product parts end items, parts change last level released by product engineering that may affect the process(es) and the inclusion of the changes into the processes should be done considering the product implementation date specified in the engineering change Vehicle Process Engineer will be able to understand the product specifications included in the Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) system, Product Change Notes (CNs) and Engineering Bulletins.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent technical education/experience).
- Working experience with SolidWorks (hands-on use required; familiarity with PDM preferred).

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Achieving individual sales and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Effectively presenting Pella solutions to customers by executing the Pella Retail Sales Process during the in-home consultation.
- Striving to close the sale during all customer interactions.
- Ensuring quotes and orders are accurate following company sales process.
- Responding to customer concerns and engaging sales support resources to achieve first-time resolution on all customer problems/issues.
- Be available for customer appointments during evenings and weekends, in addition to weekday hours.
- Maintaining an exceptional level of expertise in products/services relating to Pella’s customers, as well as staying abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Conducting after-sales follow-up with customers and developing lead and referral generation.

Job Location: Fort Wayne Indiana
Director of Quality will work at a Multi $Billion global manufacturing company and lead a team of Quality Engineers, quality technicians and customer support personnel.
- Manage a team of Quality personnel and participate in Quality Improvement activities, Audits, Certifications and customer documentation.
- Lead all quality matters related to plant product launches and production.
- Manage certification compliance with IATF-16949, plus ISO-9000 for some heavy-duty customers.
- Manage internal QA/QC teams, act Customer Quality, and manage supplier/vendor quality.
- Implement QA preventative measures and quality planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience Leading a Team in Quality
- Prior experience Managing People in Quality as a Quality Leader.
- Background in Automotive industry or Heavy Duty Automotive is needed.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and APQP standards is a huge plus.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business.
