Team Credo is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Assistant to support all aspects of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role includes managing shipping materials, coordinating with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipment issues, and completing order fulfillment in the system to ensure a smooth quarter‑end close.
Base salary range is $52,000 - $56,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Our ideal Senior Project Engineer candidate assists the team in the administration of the construction project and acts as a resource for the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent in running the day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout. This includes assisting in the preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, budget control, prime contract negotiation, and preconstruction schedule management. In addition, assist in the construction phase activities such as project setup, risk management, document management, subcontractor buyout, schedule management, QA/QC management, change management, submittal and RFI management, financial reporting, and project closeout. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- PRECONSTRUCTION: Assist in the estimating / budgeting process, assist in the preparation of preliminary schedules and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
- CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Clearly understand all documents that make up the "Contract Documents” and ensure that Contract Documents are promptly transmitted to all new subcontractors.
- INFORMATION ORGANIZATION: Ensure all documents are readily accessible and neatly organized.
- BIM/COORDINATION DRAWINGS: Assist with the process of reviewing mechanical and electrical systems for compatibility with each other as well as other building components and space constraints.
- DIRECTORY/FILES/REPORTS: Ensure that all project documents, files, and reports are current, filed and distributed in accordance with our policy.
- AS-BUILT DRAWINGS: Assemble a clean set of Contract Documents for recording as-built information. Ensure as-built entries are routinely made to the as-built drawings prior to backfilling or concealing of the work.
- DOCUMENT CONTROL: Ensure that all document control procedures are being followed. Ensure a working set of drawings and specifications are established at the jobsite.
- SCHEDULING: Assist with the update the project schedule collaboratively with the Superintendent(s) and Project Manager(s) to develop accurate and detailed project schedules.
- SUBMITTALS: Ensure that submittals are received, approved, and returned in a timely manner; create and update the submittal log.
- PROCUREMENT LOG: Develop and maintain a procurement log.
- REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: Ensure that all RFIs are written for all appropriate questions on the project. Properly track RFIs through the log system.
- CLOSEOUT: Assist with completing closeout packages as directed.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
Preferred Experience, Education and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred.
- Over 3 years of construction industry experience managing projects within our market segments and of our typical project sizes from start-up to completion.

This leader will unify strategic sourcing and procurement operations across multiple regional manufacturing sites, leveraging collective purchasing power to drive material cost reductions, improve supplier performance, and implement scalable processes that support multi-program growth.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement Leadership
- Develop and implement unified sourcing strategies for key spend categories including:
- Raw Materials & Exotic Alloys (Titanium, Nickel Super-Alloys, Aluminum, High-Temperature Steels)
- Composite Systems (Carbon-Carbon, Ablatives, Resin Systems, Prepregs)

The Solar & BESS Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage electrical installations throughout California and Nevada. - Coordinate project kickoff meetings, weekly progress meetings, and closeout meetings.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
Technical Oversight
- Oversee electrical installation scopes including DC systems, inverters, BESS containers/racks, PCS, transformers, switchgear, and interconnection equipment.
- Manage medium-voltage systems (typically 5kV–35kV), including MV collection systems, terminations, testing, and utility interconnection requirements.
- Review and coordinate electrical drawings, one-lines, grounding plans, and protection schemes.
- Support commissioning activities, including energization planning, testing, and utility witness testing.
Contract & Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, change orders, billing, and cost forecasting.
- Review subcontractor and vendor contracts, pay applications, and change requests.
- Track project costs against budget and proactively mitigate risks and cost overruns.
- Coordinate with accounting for accurate and timely invoicing and project closeout documentation.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
- Select, manage, and oversee electrical subcontractors, testing firms, and equipment suppliers.
- Ensure subcontractor performance aligns with schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and delivery schedules for major equipment.
Safety & Quality
- Enforce company and site-specific safety programs in compliance with Cal/OSHA and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure jobsite compliance through audits and corrective actions.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
Permitting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with AHJs, utilities, inspectors, owners, engineers, and internal teams.
- Manage electrical permits, inspections, and utility interconnection processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular project status reports on schedule, budget, risks, and milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change logs, as-builts, and closeout packages.
- Ensure timely completion of punch lists and final acceptance documentation.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in solar PV and/or BESS electrical construction.
- Proven experience managing 1–10 MW solar and energy storage projects in California.
