Assistant Nurse Managers are responsible for the following:
- With a commitment to patient- and family-centered care, the Assistant Nurse Manager works with the Nurse Manager and provides oversight for patient care and nursing services on their assigned unit and shift.
- They promote quality evidence-based care and patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsive manner.
- The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with the Nurse Manager in assessment and planning for nursing care.
- She/he assists in leading the daily operations of the unit
- Acts as a resource, lead, and clinical role model for the patient care team.

Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional/leadership certification preferred (for example CNOR, CEN, NE-BC, other) within 2 years of hire and 2+ years acute care experience required; experience in a similar or 'like' unit is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and management potential.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; BLS required based on organizational guidelines/polices. ACLS and PALS as required by department.
- Certification in specialty preferred.
- OR RN experience a must!

Responsibilities
Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.
You may also be interested in becoming a Surface Warfare Officer within the prestigious Navy Nuclear community where you will have the opportunity to work on some of the world's most powerful nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers.
Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Shore duty may involve a tour of duty at the Pentagon, a student assignment at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, or command and management positions at shore bases and stations around the world.
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer.
There are different ways to become a SWO. If you're a high school student or an undergraduate, you can enter through the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) or through the U.S. Naval Academy. Those already having a degree attend Officer Candidate School (OCS), a 12-week Navy school in Newport, RI.
All candidates must also be U.S. Citizens.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Surface Warfare Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.

Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

POSITION PURPOSE
As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. The position leverage deep knowledge in packaging including but not limited to design, test methods, standards, and industry insights to create and deliver a pipeline of breakthrough innovations and overall organizational improvement.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and lead with accountability projects from concept to commercialization. A proactive approach in identifying opportunity areas and a strong drive for results and overall organizational improvement is essential.
This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Principal Engineer must take responsibility for technical mentorship and coaching, fostering technical growth and knowledge of junior engineers while strengthening the team’s technical capabilities. - Work with external CDMOs and laboratories in the review of quality events, change controls, data review, and batch record documentation
- Creates and/or ensures on-time closure of Quality records in TrackWise Digital (batch records, deviations, change controls, investigations, CAPAs and effectiveness checks)
- Uploads and routes documents for approval in the company Electric Documentation Management System (Veeva) and DocuSign
- Project QA Support:
- Represent quality on cross-functional teams and provide support to ensure compliance with GMPs, FDA expectations, product specific requirements, and company standards are consistently met
- Ensure the review and release of clinical and commercial lots meet expected timelines to maintain an uninterrupted product supply
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering) or equivalent experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- 4 to 7 years of experience working within Pharmaceutical Quality, Engineering, Production or QC/Analytical Development function
- Ability to author and/or provide clear, concise, and technically accurate feedback on GMP documents (SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, investigations, protocols, reports)
- Attention to detail required to perform thorough document review, accurate data verification, and consistent application of right first time principles
- Working knowledge of ICH guidelines (e.g., Q7/Q8/Q9/Q10, Q12) and 21 CFR Parts 210/211 and/or EU GMPs, with the ability to apply these requirements to real-world manufacturing, testing, documentation, and release processes
- Experience with at least two QMS elements (e.g. Deviation, CAPA, Change Control)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams).
- Experience with electronic QMS/eDMS (TrackWise, Veeva, LIMS) systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems based on project specifications and structural requirements and utilize industry-standard software and tools (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, ect.). to create accurate drawings, models, and calculations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding formwork and shoring solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
- Identify and select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project requirements, budget constraints, and site conditions.
- Ensure that formwork and shoring systems comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in formwork and shoring design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license a major plus.
