About the Role

  • As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial warehouse facilities and provide technical and operational leadership to ensure all facility services—including maintenance, life-safety, custodial, and engineering—are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with C&W policies and client requirements. You will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and operational excellence initiatives, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple industrial facilities, ensuring custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance services are delivered effectively.
  • Lead and support a team of Facilities Managers and/or Assistant Facilities Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Manage service contracts, including RFPs, financial reviews, audits, and ensuring invoices match contract terms.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver consolidated reporting for budgets, forecasts, contracts, and expenditures.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five-year capital improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of progressive facility management experience, including at least 3 years at a management level overseeing multiple facilities.
  • Experience in industrial facility maintenance, construction, engineering, and building operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with CMMS or work order management systems.

Job Details

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage the month-end close process, and help build scalable financial systems to support the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who started their career in public accounting and has since gained hands-on experience in an industry setting—particularly in manufacturing or technology.

You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, while working closely with leadership across finance, operations, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Manage AP/AR, payroll accounting, and fixed asset tracking.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with the FP&A team.
Ensure proper inventory valuation and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Implement and refine internal controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support decision-making.
Contribute to ERP implementation and optimization projects as the company scales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred).
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or technology company a plus.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Job Details

The Electrical Technician will provide technical & tactical support and leadership on planned and un-planned equipment breakdowns and outages on production centers; provide technical support on specialized equipment such as Direct Fire melt furnaces. Allen Bradley Programmable Controllers, RS Logics and AC/DC drives. Also provides assistance to Engineering on tune up, check out, and commissioning of new and revised equipment.
Train and mentor Unit Supervisors and craftspeople, enabling continuous technical skills improvement throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Minimum of six (6) years electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to read electrical drawings, troubleshoot to root cause, and implement repairs to restore flow of equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship, four years on the job training or electrical degree from an accredited technical college or institution
Broad electrical experience, with a preference for knowledge of non-destructive testing systems.
Strong ability to read electrical drawings, troubleshoot to root cause, and implement repairs to restore flow of equipment
Experience applying knowledge on servo systems, stepper drives, PLC programming and troubleshooting, ac & dc motors, and variable speed drives.

You will join the Core Data Platform team, which builds and maintains a suite of tools powering over 2,100 data pipelines in production across MassMutual. The Team

The Impact

- Design, develop, and improve build and deployment standards and processes (e.g., CI/CD, orchestration, scheduling) to accelerate delivery and ensure reliability of data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain core infrastructure to deliver scalable, robust, and highly available systems, directly supporting 12+ data engineering teams.
- Evaluate and recommend emergent technologies, tools, processes, and reference architectures, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and development of new software components, enhancing platform capabilities.
- Define version control best practices and automate enforcement where appropriate.
- Improve monitoring and logging using technologies such as OpenTelemetry and New Relic, enhancing system observability and reducing downtime.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Minimum Qualifications

- Cloud: 5+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS) using infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation to provision infrastructure.

Ideal Qualifications

- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Code: 2+ years of experience as a Python or Java developer.
- Build & Deployment: Excellent understanding of build and continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Github Actions, Artifactory).
