Responsible for level loading daily production schedules through analyzing resource capacity and other constraints to optimize throughput, while minimizing manufacturing cycle time, inventory, and achieving on-time delivery goals.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills through effective communication and coordination with multiple functional groups including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing.

Assist the Master Production Scheduler (MPS) in determining and maintaining forecast and safety stock levels.

Align and set priorities for resources and shared resources across the factory to maximize efficiency and material flow to ensure customer ship schedules on time.

Accumulate daily parts/material information to analyze and establish dates to meet and exceed customer delivery requirements.

Communicate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing.

Own metrics of manufacturing cycle time (OTTC), throughput, past due order reduction, and on-time delivery.

Participate in and lead business process improvement events such as Continuous Improvement Framework, kaizens, and workshops to improve processes and reduce waste.

Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and techniques that will improve the scheduling function.

Actively participate in process improvement and creation/adhering to standard work.

Establish optimal inventory levels to achieve desired service, while utilizing just-in-time inventory management philosophies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Relocation is not offered for this position.

Proactively work with members of the division or project team to identify issues that might delay the project; make recommendations to improve time lines for project completion.

Compile and analyze validation data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.

Maintain all of the documentation pertaining to qualification and validation of assigned projects and equipment/systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Education Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.

Work Experience At least 2 years of validation experience in a cGMP Device or Drug environment.

Experience with validations of controlled environments or equipment validations in a regulated environment.

Experience with validation documentation and related change control.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, self-starter attitude, good oral and writing skills and the ability to work independently and as a team in an efficient manner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering, or Engineering.

Six Sigma certification.

3 years of validation experience in a cGMP Device or Drug environment.

Process validation experience in a pharmaceutical or Medical Device manufacturing environment.

Experience with validation of various product types such as liquid products, solid dosage products, and multi-component products.

Experience in FDA regulated environment.

Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 11607 standards.

Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.

Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line.

Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.

Ability to certify on all industrial lift equipment.

Projects will include minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.

Oversee, inspect, and monitor the routine maintenance provided by junior engineers.

Will also provide guidance and training as needed.

Required Experience: Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.

Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification.

Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems
- Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $30.00
- $43.50 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
