Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide technical quality review of the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid systems and thermal environment to establish the system design
• Lead activities to validate and verify mechanical and fluid systems requirements
• Lead the development, maintenance or modification of system components' designs/proposals to provide installation and detail documentation
• Perform and document analyses
• Manage supplier development, test and production activities and direct the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals
• Prioritize, delegate and track performance and documentation of analyses of mechanisms/landing gear/ordnance components and systems selecting appropriate methods to validate or assess the design
• Support proposal preparation and new business development efforts
• Train and coach others
• Work under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
• 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• Experience with Model Based Engineering tools (NX, NX motion, Teamcenter, Hyperworks, MSOSA or equivalent)
• Experience with development and integration of Armament related hardware on Military Aircraft including pneumatic suspension and release equipment, pyrotechnic suspension and release equipment, pneumatic systems, compressors, and pylons
• Experience with integration of weapons, pods and external fuel tanks on Military Aircraft
• Experience with supplier developments and procurements including development of procurement specifications, technical evaluation of supplier proposals, technical coordination with suppliers, and supplier component qualification

The individual in this role will play a key element in shaping the future for Boeing and our DoD Customers leading mass properties weight estimation, tracking, management, and key design trades.
As a Weights & Mass Properties Engineer in Air Dominance, you will be a part of a team focused on the implementation of model based engineering.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop complex weight, balance and mass properties data. Determines approaches to developing data and analyzes and compares results
• Define complex weight, balance and mass properties related design requirements
• Participate in developing customer specification commitments
• Provide complex vehicle or system configuration guidance. Leads individual design team weight control efforts
• Estimate, calculate & measure, and verifies mass, weight, stiffness and inertias of components, assemblies and completed vehicles or systems
• Develop and maintains weight, balance and mass properties accounting systems and generates weight and balance reports
• Create, develop and implement new processes and tools to facilitate improved design and analysis capabilities
• Work under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

• Experience with 3D solid modeling software applications (e.g. NX, Catia, CADD)

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop and implement process and procedure improvements to help ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in AV project delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Audio Visual Support, Knowledge of AV Systems Design, Project Management & Coordination.
• Bachelor Degree in computer science, information technology or related degree etc. and 4 years related experience in audio-visual technology and/or IT project management. OR Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Demonstrated success in formal project management, including the ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Proficient audio-visual technical skills, with an understanding of system design, video conferencing infrastructure, and event support.
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex information to all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company win bids and ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Develop and maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid submission processes.
• Track and maintain historical cost data and assist in cost control and project planning.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate risks associated with project budgets.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure budget alignment.

Qualifications for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficient in estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Familiarity with industry pricing and subcontractor/vendor networks.
