Position Overview

An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager – Land Development, to lead land development and site infrastructure projects.

This role will manage projects from concept through construction, including design oversight, permitting, municipal coordination, and construction support. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain compliance with local codes and regulations.


Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership

  • Manage multiple land development projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and staffing.
  • Lead project teams, mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for project coordination and progress reporting.


Civil Engineering & Technical Oversight

  • Oversee the design and review of site development plans, including:
  • Grading and drainage
  • Stormwater management systems
  • Water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure
  • Roadways and site access
  • Coordinate with surveying, structural, and other technical teams.


Permitting & Approvals

  • Manage permitting and regulatory approval processes for land development projects.
  • Prepare and submit platting, zoning, and municipal applications as required.
  • Attend coordination meetings with municipal agencies and stakeholders.


Construction Support

  • Provide construction administration support including:
  • RFI responses
  • Submittal reviews
  • Site inspections and technical guidance
  • Support value engineering and design adjustments during construction.


Team & Business Development

  • Contribute to team development and mentoring within the department.
  • Support growth initiatives and maintain professional relationships in the Dallas land development market.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6–12 months

This position is responsible for ensuring full compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, USP standards, and state pharmacy requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of product safety, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic quality leader with extensive experience in aseptic manufacturing, packaging, and sterile compounding, preferably within a 503B organization.


Responsibilities of the Director of Quality

  • Oversee all Quality Operations and Compliance functions, ensuring efficient and compliant daily operations
  • Act as the site Quality leader, defining strategy, setting standards, and driving continuous improvement
  • Lead batch record review, release, and disposition of compounded sterile products (CSPs)
  • Ensure adherence to FDA, cGMP, USP , , , and state regulatory requirements
  • Manage deviation/CAPA, change control, complaint, and recall processes

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to develop software to control Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities (flight simulators for missiles).

  • Determines end user needs by analyzing system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements and input data acquisition. Ensures hardware and software standards are met.

  • Designs and implements build procedures that are used to support hardware and software product development and use.

  • Software design, coding and integration in a real-time environment.

Qualifications You Must Have

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and SQF/BRC.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Preferred

  • SQF Practitioner or PCQI certification.

About the Role

The 2nd Shift Production Manager will take full ownership of evening manufacturing operations across sheet metal, welding, polishing, assembly, refrigeration, and electrical departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise production personnel across several fabrication functions
  • Oversee fabrication processes including sheet metal forming, CNC cutting, press brake operations, welding, and final assembly
  • Ensure production schedules and labor targets are achieved
  • Monitor operational metrics such as throughput, efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Partner with day-shift leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance standards

Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the successful completion and delivery of projects. Cultivate and sustain a collaborative and professional working atmosphere within the project team, providing leadership through staff development and mentorship. Aid senior management in defining and validating project scope, fees, budgets, and contractual agreements with consultants.

Engage with clients to ascertain functional and specific requirements, and compile design information including specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines. Maintain consistent and timely communication of project details between clients, internal teams, consultants, and contractors to address technical issues effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize Deltek Vision tools to manage projects, including creating work plans encompassing budgets, scopes, consultants, schedules, fees, costs, and additional services. Collaborate in the preparation of project presentations and conduct work sessions with clients and consultants during schematic, design development, and contract document phases.

Review project documents for compliance with building codes and accessibility standards, ensuring adherence to our established guidelines. Oversee construction document accuracy in reflecting design intent and ensuring project profitability. Implement and uphold the Quality Assurance Program throughout the project duration.

Identify potential business opportunities and foster existing client relationships, while actively seeking out new projects. Participate in selected marketing and business development endeavors, contributing to the creation of fee proposals. Develop and nurture positive relationships with consultants, contractors, and relevant agencies.

Qualifications:
  • Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration preferred. LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Machinist & Machine Operator for a permanent position in our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and tooling, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical drawings and precision measurement tools. This role requires an individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and processes.
2. Operating and maintaining various types of machining equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
3. Utilizing micrometers, calipers, and gauges to take precise measurements and ensure products meet exact specifications.
4. Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating all types of machine tools and equipment.
5. Using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to inspect and validate parts and assemblies.
6. Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to diagnose and correct machine malfunctions.
7. Fabricating and modifying parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
8. Collaborating with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a machinist or machine operator role
2. Extensive knowledge of machine operations and basic maintenance.
3. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
4. An understanding of GD&T principles.
5. Hands-on experience working with various hand and power tools
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program or equivalent is a plus
