Potomac Architectural Millwork is seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our team in Woodbridge, Virginia. This position is responsible for the development, accuracy, and management of project estimates and quotations for custom architectural millwork projects.
The Estimator plays a critical role in securing profitable contracts while ensuring alignment between sales, production, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and interpret Request for Quotes (RFQs) from clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope of work.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates using company pricing standards and margin guidelines.
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and quantify labor requirements.

In this role, you will travel within their assigned zone to support Senior Executive Services (SES) and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within assigned zone and provide augmentation support to other zones as needed
- Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces
- Install, pull, terminate, label, and test all AV-related cables, connectors, and interfaces

This role bridges the gap between business users, mission partners, and technical teams by analyzing user requirements, optimizing collaboration solutions, and ensuring operational continuity across SharePoint and integrated Microsoft platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. The SharePoint Analyst Lead supports modernization and migration efforts away from deprecated SharePoint features, provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, and ensures functional solutions comply with DISA and DoD policies. The position involves direct engagement with customers, developing and maintaining workflows, lists, and libraries, and driving user adoption of secure and efficient modern collaboration tools.
