Materials Data Specialist

Radiant is seeking a Materials Data Specialist to support the development of our internal materials database. This role focuses on researching, validating, and organizing material property data used by engineering teams across reactor design, thermal systems, and structural analysis.

The ideal candidate has a technical background in materials science, materials engineering, or a related engineering discipline and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering research, data quality, and structured documentation.

You will evaluate the quality of material property sources, organize data into defined schemas, and contribute to documentation that helps engineers confidently use materials data in design and analysis.

Responsibilities

Research Materials Data

• Search scientific literature, databases, and reports to identify relevant material property data.

• Enter material property data into internal databases following defined schemas and standards.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Inventory Associate to join our Inventory Department team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the availability of products, and optimizing inventory levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create lighting for all game world environments when taking into account the requirements of gameplay, game narrative and game feel;
• Collaborate with different team members such as level, mission, and narrative designers to present the perfect visuals and the resulting player experience;
• Adjust in-game lighting according to the art directions and the requests of artists;
• Make use of lighting system tools to streamline processes;
• Create lighting for cutscenes, working alongside the Cinematic Director;
• Teach other team members about the finer points of lighting in AAA game design.

Qualifications

We Expect You To Have:

• Over 5 years working experience in lighting;
• Participated in the production of at least 2 shipped AAA games in lighting role;
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and 3D softwares, especially Lumen in UE5;
• Deep knowledge base in the art of lighting, including the use of light, color, source, brightness, and shadow;
• In-depth knowledge of the latest developments in lighting tech, with experience in various lighting techniques and tools;

Job Description:

THE PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. • Engage with key stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, convert critical business requirements into actionable items, and document the details within Confluence and JIRA

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. As the Grind Operator your responsibilities will include

• Producing parts using centreless grinding methods that meet drawing and specification requirements

• Following customer and internal work instructions accurately

We are looking for 1–2 Lab Technicians to support mechanical and thermophysical materials testing as we accelerate hardware development.

What You’ll Do

You will support hands-on testing of structural and high-temperature materials critical to reactor performance.

Mechanical Property Testing

• Tensile testing
• Compression testing
• Friction testing
• 3-point and 4-point bending

Thermophysical Property Testing

• Thermal conductivity testing (Laser Flash Analysis – LFA)
• Coefficient of thermal expansion (Dilatometry – DIL)

Lab Operations

• Operate and maintain Instron and other high-value testing equipment
• Perform precision sample preparation and measurements
• Follow detailed lab procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure high data quality and documentation standards
• Support fast test turnaround while maintaining rigor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline
• OR
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a materials testing laboratory
• Experience running mechanical test equipment (e.g., Instron or equivalent)
• Comfort working with high-value, sensitive lab instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail in measurements and documentation

• Must have strong knowledge of Mastercam to program 3 and 5-axis parts.

• Prior Experience operating Haas CNC machines.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and meet the approval process for individual SAR program access.

• Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of related CNC machining experience.

• Experience with Mazak CNC machines.
