Responsibilities
- Leadership
- Lead and grow LiRo-Hill’s Site/Civil Engineering practice across our regions of operation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal, private, and institutional clients.
- Proactively engage in business development, proposal preparation, and pursuit strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop local engineering staff to achieve both technical and professional growth.
- Oversee staffing plans, project assignments, and performance reviews.
- Track and manage project financial performance and revenue projections on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Represent LiRo-Hill at industry conferences, professional associations, and client events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree a plus)
- 14+ years of progressive experience in site and civil engineering
- New York Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven leadership in delivering projects for DOT/DPW/Highway Departments and large local municipalities
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, develops & coordinates CPM schedules for all phases of construction from Planning, Design, Construction and Project Close-out
- Reviews construction design drawings & specifications; conducts field visits and gathers all material and data necessary to organize and develop CPM construction Establish construction durations based on parametric and bottom-up production rates
- In consultation with design, construction management and other project stakeholders, prepares CPM scheduling activities and develops appropriate logic relationships and activity durations
- Performs bottom-up resource and cost loading of schedule activities when required. Prepares CPM schedule reports indicating the critical path, total float, milestones, constraints, etc.
- Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays
- Conducts technical schedule reviews and analyses contractor schedule submissions, tracking monthly delay impacts to the baseline schedule and assessing responsibility of delays
- Develops summary schedule analysis reports to be presented to project management staff
- Required to maintain the Primavera P6 database, review database structures and perform monthly database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent technical training in construction management is preferred
- 3-8 years’ experience
- Ability to conduct technical schedule reviews and analysis
- Primavera P6 knowledge and experience

Role Description
This is a full-time patent litigation role based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model that allows for some work from home flexibility. The Patent Litigator will join a litigation team and handle day-to-day legal tasks including drafting and responding to motions, preparing for and attending court proceedings, conducting depositions, and representing clients during trials. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of patent law and the ability to collaborate with a dedicated legal team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in patent litigation
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar fields are preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have four (4) to eight (8) years of experience litigating patent disputes, including taking depositions, arguing Markman, and IPR experience preferred.
- Experience with ITC a plus.
- Experience in preparing and responding to legal Motions effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bar admission in New York State is required
- JD degree from an accredited law school
