  • Interface and collaborate with site personnel, IRBs/ECs, contractors/vendors, and company personnel;
  • Oversee the development and execution of Investigator agreements and trial payments;

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000


  • Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
  • The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees

If so, we are looking for a Permanent Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, HCAI, Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build to drive the preconstruction process for healthcare projects. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare construction sector, utilizing your expertise to ensure our projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading the preconstruction phase of healthcare construction projects, ensuring all aspects align with OSHPD and HCAI regulations.

2. Developing and implementing preconstruction planning strategies, incorporating Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.

3. Collaborating with project teams to develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines.

4. Overseeing the healthcare estimating process, identifying potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

5. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure all preconstruction activities align with project goals and regulatory requirements.

6. Assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

7. Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on preconstruction progress, potential challenges, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry, specifically in Healthcare Construction with a General Contractor.

2. Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning.

3. Proficiency in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations and standards.

4. Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.

5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse project teams.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex preconstruction plans and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions.

8. A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
