What We Are Looking For Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Lead Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining system software across CRM, CCM, vendor platforms, and cloud‑based solutions.

This role involves creating technical solutions, guiding engineering teams, and partnering with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The Application Services team supports the Policy Administration platform and other configurable systems, including customer relationship management, data transport, and document generation services.

A strong candidate is an effective communicator who takes ownership, drives tasks to completion, and collaborates closely with business users, product owners, developers, testers, and deployment teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing and reproducing technical issues, assessing upcoming changes, and providing informed recommendations to support product launches.

This position requires prior experience as a technical lead or similar IT role, along with demonstrated expertise in modern technologies.

Familiarity with CRM, CCM, and MFT tools is highly preferred.

The role is onsite in the Durham office three days per week.
