About the Role
The Senior Building Engineer serves as the primary technical and engineering lead for Triten's Dallas portfolio, with a focus on office and mixed-use assets and supporting IOS sites as needed. This role partners closely with the Property Manager and Construction Management team to ensure building systems are operating efficiently, vendors are performing to scope, compliance requirements are met, and property-level projects are executed smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Building Systems & Technical Oversight

Vendor & Compliance Management
