Job Summary

Lead strategic communications/PR efforts for College of Engineering, Sciences, Computing, Architecture, Business, Ivan Allen College, international campuses and other campus centers including message development, media visibility, media training and conceiving, planning, organizing and executing PR activities. These activities include, but not limited to, public meetings, grand openings, rollout events and other relationship building and brand promotion activities. Monitor media inquiries, remain on call 24/7, and serve as a member of the crisis communications team for the Institute, providing backup to the Institute spokesperson, Media Director and Institute Vice President as necessary. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: faculty, staff, students, external audiences including media. This position will typically advise and counsel: faculty, staff, students. This position will supervise: None.



Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - Prepare news releases, talking points, op eds, media pitches and other written materials.

Job Duty 2 - Administer public relations needs for assigned beats; compile daily news summary.

Job Duty 3 - Develop and execute PR plans for specific units or events.

Job Duty 4 - Provide content for Institute Web site; maintain experts guide.

Job Duty 5 - Secure video, photography and other multimedia to support news release or pitch; conceive, manage and promote signature programs that position Georgia Tech as a thought leader.

Job Duty 6 - Provide media training.

Job Duty 7 - Perform other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Five years of job related experience



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience pitching and developing visually driven story concepts while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to shoot broadcast-quality video on DSLR and Blackmagic platforms and deliver timely edits using Premiere Pro. DaVinci Resolve experience a plus.
  • Video storytelling and storyboarding aligned with institutional mission
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy
  • Advanced digital literacy, including online research, data entry, and content management
  • Proficiency in both Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and journalist database tools such as Muck Rack
  • Ability to analyze and report on basic performance metrics and digital engagement data


Proposed Salary

Salary Range: $63,303.00 - $90,000.00 Annually

Job Summary

The Electrical Integrator L2 will provide technical support to program managers, project directors, task leads, and senior-level Electrical Integrators. The Electrical Integrator L2 will help with mid-level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical cables, circuits, and assemblies.

This position will interact on a consistent basis with: faculty and staff project/task leaders, technical leads, contractors, and vendors

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Support program managers, project directors, and task leads with mid-level electrical assembly work such as cable assembly fabrication, and electrical chassis fabrication and assembly

Job Duty 2 -
Help with mid-level testing and troubleshooting of circuits and systems

Job Duty 3 -
Provide intermediate levels of maintenance and repair of printed circuit boards and printed circuit board assemblies

Job Duty 4 -
Assist with kitting parts using a Bill of Materials or other online inventory tools; help provide data entry for online inventory tools

Job Duty 5 -
Support other work teams, as needed, with skills such as mechanical assembly, welding, metal work, drafting, parts inventory, and technical documentation

Job Duty 6 -
Provide guidance to more junior-level technicians

About the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech currently has over 625 undergraduate students, nearly 400 graduate students, and 55 tenure-track faculty members. Women comprise 50% of the undergraduate population, and more than 29% of the undergraduate student population identifies as a member of under-represented minority groups. Thirteen faculty members are women, and eight faculty members identify as a member of under-represented minority groups. Twenty-six faculty members hold endowed chairs or professorships with 30% of them being women faculty. Job Summary

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in all areas of Civil Engineering. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, with a preference for the Assistant Professor rank.



Responsibilities

CEE faculty are expected to lead independent research at the cutting edge of their field and build a strong, extramurally funded research program and national/international recognition. In addition, they are expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses, mentor a diverse student body, and conduct service to the school, institute, and profession.



Required Qualifications

An earned doctorate is required by the start of the appointment.



Preferred Qualifications

Successful candidates will have displayed an exemplary track record of research accomplishments, expertise or demonstrated interest in teaching and mentoring a diverse student body, and a degree of service engagement appropriate to their career stage.

Position requires the ability to pass a drug/alcohol pre-screening; may require working competently with dangerous materials and in a dangerous environment, such as around or on rotating machinery, live electrical circuits, hazardous materials, high-pressure liquids and gas, and bot surfaces. In addition, it may require lifting heavy objects of up to 75 pounds, and working in confined spaces, noisy environments, and elevated locations (such as climbing extension ladder and other types of ladders; or using scaffolding) either inside or outside of a building. During adverse weather, activities may require extensive after hours work or callback. This job may require wearing a full-face respirator in accordance with Georgia Tech campus policies and procedures. The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, starting no later than January 1, 2026. This postdoctoral fellowship focuses on examining the relationship between universities and industries in the evolving innovation ecosystem.

For this position, we are particularly interested in qualified applicants with interdisciplinary research expertise related to science studies and science policy, expertise in quantitative research methods, and knowledge of the innovation landscape.

  • The Detective: You run deep, lengthy discovery sessions to identify root causes of service inefficiency in complex service environments. You connect the dots between technical pain and financial impact to build robust business cases.
  • The Storyteller: You deliver compelling, persona‑based demos that resonate with everyone from the field technician to the contact center agent to the CSO. You continually tie product capabilities back to positive business outcomes, validating your points by referencing relevant customer stories and success metrics.
  • The Architect: You visualize and explain how Neuron7 integrates with the existing CRM/FSM landscape (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). You explain the interoperability of AI agents across the enterprise, helping customers build a long‑term technical roadmap that places AI at the center of their service operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Discovery & Diagnosis: Lead deep‑Dive discovery sessions to understand the prospect’s current contact center and field service workflows, data availability, and pain points.
  • Tailored Demonstrations: Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations that address specific customer use cases, moving beyond generic product capability reviews to show actual business impact.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Define success criteria and manage the scope of Pre‑Sales POCs. Work side‑by‑side with customer SMEs to validate AI predictions and collect iterative feedback, ensuring full alignment on the value delivered prior to the final executive readout.
  • Value Engineering: Partner with the sales team to build ROI models, helping prospects quantify the value of improving metrics like First Time Fix Rate, Truck Rolls, and Average Handling Time.
  • Technical Validation: Own the technical win. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec questionnaires, ensuring the customer is comfortable with our architecture and security.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the feedback loop between the market and the Neuron7 Product team, advocating for new product capabilities that will help close future business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pre‑Sales Experience: 5+ years in solution consulting / sales engineering for SaaS product companies. Must have enterprise selling experience and know how to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Complex Service Domain Knowledge: Deep functional knowledge of contact center and field service use cases. Understand nuances of triage, dispatch, parts management, and the “break‑fix” lifecycle.
  • Industry Experience (Big Plus): Experience working with customers in manufacturing, medical devices, or high tech (telco, media, technology) is highly preferred. Understand specific pressures of these verticals (e.g., FDA regulations in medical devices or SLA penalties in telco).
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Functional knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud/FSM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX ecosystems.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and understand data structures. Comfortable discussing APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security with IT stakeholders.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills. Can command a room of executives as well as whiteboard a workflow with service managers.
