Perform preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of vehicles.
Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while following safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair status clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing maintenance needs.
Keep detailed records of all repairs performed for compliance and future reference.
Effectively utilizes available technologies to enhance customer experience.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
Participate in required training.
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
