We're looking for an experienced and thoughtful Lead Ads Policy Manager to join our Content Product policy team. Our policy team keeps Pinterest a safe, positive and welcoming environment for our 450+ million global users by developing industry-leading content policies. You'll develop policies on generative AI, advise on new product risk, autonomously lead complex projects, and set the strategy for the AI policy function. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager, Growth - Performance Marketing to lead one of our most important acquisition channels on the Growth team. Each month, the Growth team helps over 600M people around the world find their inspiration on Pinterest. You'll fully own the vision, strategy and execution for Pinterest's paid growth channels, driving efficient and scalable user acquisition.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager (Growth Acquisition), you'll lead high-impact initiatives from ideation through delivery. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science and Marketing to build and ship a roadmap of bold changes in service of creating a best-in-class user experience for current and future Pinners. You'll tackle challenging, complex problems at scale and your work will help bring the inspiration and joy of Pinterest to more people around the world, more efficiently than ever before.

What you'll do:

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for performance marketing, owning outcomes for scalable, efficient growth across paid channels.
  
• Drive clarity, alignment, and prioritization across a broad crossfunctional team in an ambiguous, complex product area with substantial impact on topline growth. Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to long-term strategy for acquisition.
  
• Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to build and evolve the core systems, experimentation, measurement infrastructure, and optimization tools that improve how we plan, execute, and scale paid marketing.
  
• Leverage strong analytical skills to dig into data, identify the highestimpact opportunities in the paid marketing lifecycle, and help the organization make better, faster, and more confident investment decisions.
  

What we're looking for:

• 
  
• Demonstrated success in product management at fast-growing companies.
  
• Strong technical background (or prior work experience as a software engineer/data scientist) that lets you dive deep into data and complex technical problems alongside your engineering team.
  
• Working knowledge of performance marketing mechanics (e.g., attribution, incrementality testing, bidding and budgeting, targeting, and funnel measurement).
  
• Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision making.
  
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
  
• Prior experience with machine learning, recommendation systems, or generative AI a plus.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Manufacturing Test Software Engineer

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + equity & benefits

Location: Mission District, San Francisco, CA

We’re looking for a self-motivated Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to join our R&D/Pilot test team in San Francisco. You’ll work closely with R&D and Operations to improve test systems, processes, and production readiness for LiDAR products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and deploy test systems and automation platforms
• Drive improvements in test efficiency, yield, and product quality
• Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis
• Support scalability and manufacturability projects
• Prepare technical documentation and train test operators

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Python programming and debugging skills
• Experience with test automation in manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git, Jira, etc.) and quality standards (SPC, GR&R, control charts)
• Experience with LiDAR, robotics, vision systems (Cognex/OpenCV), or test measurement equipment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years supporting product tests in manufacturing

Our client is an electronics manufacturer. They are looking for a Manufacturing Technician (Swing Shift) to join their team. This role is a CONTRACT position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidate must be able to commute onsite to San Francisco, CA.

**Swing Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM – Monday through Friday – Some work on Saturday as needed**

Position Requirements:

• Follow all Safety and Laser Safety procedures and requirements
• Be able to construct, test and calibrate engineering and production robotic and computer-controlled assembly systems using engineering prints, schematics, assembly instructions and engineering direction
• Knowledgeable in high precision measuring equipment, calibration, and detailed record generation

Experienced and Proficient in the following:

• Mechanical hand and power tools
• Oscilloscopes, DMM, Signal Generators, Optics, Cameras
• Laser safety, lasers, laser pattern recognition, beam focus, and active alignment
• Auto dispense and cure of UV adhesive
• Multiple axis, vision assisted, computer controlled robotic assembly equipment in both a R/D and Volume Manufacturing environment
• Identification of “Root” Cause of Manufacturing, Quality and Yield issues
• Microsoft Office, Standard SPC and Flowcharts packages
• Pneumatic actuated Slides, Grippers, etc.
• Hex Pod Tables, Active Alignment
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience, Lidar Sensor experience preferred but not required
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Lift and carry 35 lbs
