The Role We Want You For

The Commissioning Manager will be based on the construction project jobsite. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commissioning activities and processes for assigned projects.

The Specifics of the Role

• Review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and documentation, including schedules.
• Responsible for daily commissioning activities on project site.
• CX Leader on the project, chair meetings coordinate CX activities.
• Mentor and coach junior level staff on the CX process.
• Manage CX schedule and coordinate support needed from Field Superintendents, QA/QC staff, CX Engineers.
• Coordinate with Operations Team and Project Management team on schedule, budget, training, and issues that arise.
• Inspect and test all equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety policies and project requirements.
• Coordinate any equipment and material deliveries with vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform pre-commissioning and start-up inspections to confirm project is ready for commissioning activities.
• Audit CX paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate CX activities and required team/vendor required onsite days.
• Provide updates and reports on any commissioning issues in a timely manner to all necessary parties.
• Prepare for transition to client after final inspections and commissioning processes are complete.
• Manage Observations/Issue log, update and track through closure.
• Responsible for integrated system testing and compilation of results.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of experience in construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations on large scale projects.
• ANSI CX certification is a plus.
• Data Center Commissioning experience a plus.
• Building Automation Systems (Controls) experience a plus.
• Proficient in creating, reviewing, and presenting reports regarding commissioning activities.
• Experience developing plans and processing relating to commissioning for large scale construction projects.

Project Manager – Capital Equipment

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading capital equipment projects involving a broad range of engineered filtration equipment and media. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role provides technical and project leadership from project kickoff through construction and commissioning. The Project Manager works cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Testing, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with commercial and technical specifications.

This role leverages project management tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive execution, manage risk, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold company core values, safety standards, quality expectations, and customer satisfaction.
• Support project handovers, including order setup, budgeting, purchasing, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Translate project specifications into clear execution requirements for internal teams and external partners.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, and execution plans following project handoff.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate cost, scope, or schedule risks.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to internal stakeholders and customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Estimator role collaborates with clients, vendors, subcontractors and our internal team to create estimates and assemble bids for projects within our core markets that enhance the profitability of the company and optimize our workforce. The role works with oversight from Lead and Senior Estimators.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Collaborate with Lead and Senior Estimators to prepare documents for legal review.
• Work with Lead and Senior Estimators to identify bid type and scope, construction timeframes, materials, and labor expenses, and bonding and bid requirements.
• Travel to and attend pre-bid meetings and/or to jobsites accompanied by a more senior member of the team.
• Identify any potential project risks and discuss with the Lead and Senior Estimators.
• Make recommendations on if subcontractors and materials are needed and gather needed quotes.
• Work with Lead and Senior Estimators to perform takeoffs.
• Create supporting documentation to support construction plans.
• Collaborate with Lead and Senior Estimators to finalize the work plan.
• Complete bid forms, enter information in appropriate websites, and ensure everything is in order to submit a final bid with oversight from Lead and Senior Estimators.
• Maintain bid logs.
• Assist with the labor and equipment rate schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Field Leadership to ensure the job is set up correctly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent knowledge or skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1 to 2 Years of estimating experience in the electrical construction field.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Manufacturing Environment

Shop manufacturing environment exposures include exposure to moving mechanical parts, machinery, tools and equipment, vibration, fumes or airborne particles, motorized vehicles, welding and machining operations, outside weather conditions and exposure to the risk of electric shock. About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician I with a strong electrical background who is willing to travel extensively and learn Astec’s asphalt plant processes and control systems. This role is responsible for supporting the installation, startup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client equipment at customer sites. The technician will work closely with engineering, service leadership, and customers to ensure successful equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

This is a highly hands-on, travel-intensive position suited for individuals who enjoy field work, problem-solving, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of Astec equipment under the guidance of senior technicians
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical, electronic/control, and mechanical systems
• Ensure proper sequencing, interlocking, calibration, and application of control systems
• Conduct on-site training for customer personnel on startup, operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance basics
• Generate accurate daily field service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and product support teams regarding technical issues, warranties, and design improvements
• Assist with identifying and resolving equipment or process issues
• Be available for emergency service dispatch as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (technical training or related education is a plus)
• Min 2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial service, or related fields
• Strong electrical fundamentals – ability to work with electrical and electronic circuits

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.

You might also have...

• Experience with platforms such as Stripe Connect, Adyen for Platforms, Finix, Square Developer Platform, or Shopify's Partner APIs.
