About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Scientist with deep experience in materials chemistry, rheology, and experimental research. You will lead scientific investigations, develop and optimize organic–inorganic formulations, and play a central role in advancing LuxWall's core technology from concept to scaled production.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead research projects to advance the understanding and performance of organic–inorganic material systems, supporting LuxWall's product development and manufacturing efforts.

What You Bring

The AR/VR Systems Engineer will lead the development of an advanced Augmented Reality (AR) situational‐awareness system for automotive applications. This role merges expertise across 3D rendering, computer vision, AR device geometry, and cloud‐based AR content delivery, supporting all tasks outlined in the SODW—including 3D representation evaluation, depth estimation, precise AR rendering, and connected AR experiences.

The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.

Position Description
The primary function of this position is to manage the timely and cost-effective procurement of capital materials, services and Utilities (electricity and gas) for US and Mexico and requisite contracts and agreements to support Brembo's project/production activities.
These activities include but are not limited to assisting and supporting with oversight the strategic procurement process, execution of regional and/or local agreements, negotiations, supplier selection/development and contract management. The Capex & Utility Buyer will also coordinate activities, with Central Purchasing, Logistics, Plant Management, Operations and Maintenance, and Accounting personnel to meet supply and demand goals.
Principal Accountabilities
Lead the identification of suppliers for equipment, services and utilities, including Best Cost Country suppliers, in conjunction with the Global Commodity Manager and internal Customers.
Follow the Suppliers pre-qualification process.
Assist in determining need for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) prior to, or with, bid packages as appropriate.
Assist in development of a negotiation strategy in close alignment with the Global Commodity Manager,
Assemble bid packages, including complete specifications, contract templates & safety documentation in conjunction with Internal Customers and execute the RFQ process.
Support the review of bid packages within a Sourcing Committee with key stakeholders, prior to awarding the contract.
Support to identify and execute TCO analysis for Goods and/or Services and determine cost drivers for input into TCO Models.

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.
Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line.
Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand.
Perform facility/building project work as assigned.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.
Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production.
Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.
