As a System Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will work on a team with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, reporting to the system integration engineering manager. This is a small team of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced automated systems. We enjoy combining mechanical and electrical hardware and getting it onto an aircraft safely and quickly.
Responsibilities
In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. You will own a large breadth of projects from primary flight control hardware, data acquisition hardware, hardware in the loop testing, ground station development, and integration with the software and human machine interface teams. You will be responsible for performing system design, test, and installation readiness reviews which will require defining system bring up testing and pre flight functional testing requirements.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent industry experience
2+ Years of industry experience designing, integrating, and testing electromechanical systems
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
Experience using system design fundamentals
Experience reading electrical wiring schematics
Experience testing systems for proper performance
Experience writing and running code

Experience designing a system architecture and weighing design options to accomplish specific system requirements
Ability to design, build, and operate test stands and equipment

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.

In this role you will be the senior authority responsible for overseeing the company’s global import, export, and sanctions compliance programs. This role defines and executes enterprise trade compliance strategy, ensures adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations, and partners with executive leadership to mitigate regulatory risk while enabling efficient global commerce.
The Director leads a global or multi-regional team of trade professionals, governs compliance frameworks and internal controls, drives digital and systems transformation, and serves as the primary liaison with government agencies and regulators.
This position reports the Vice President of Strategic Soucing, Procurement and Supplier Quality and is based in Irvine, CA.
As the Director of Strategic Trade Compliance, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Strategy, Leadership & Governance
- Define and execute the global trade compliance strategy across import, export, and sanctions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights on trade risk, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
- Lead, develop, and scale a global or regional team of trade compliance professionals.
- Establish and govern enterprise trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Monitor global legislative and regulatory developments (Customs, ITAR, EAR, OFAC, trade remedies) and guide proactive business response.
Import Compliance (Core Expertise)
- Oversee global import compliance programs ensuring accurate customs declarations, documentation, and controls.
- Act as subject matter authority on tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, and partner government agency requirements.
- Optimize use of Free and Preferential Trade Agreements (FTAs) and duty-savings programs.
- Govern Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) compliance and operations, including CTPAT, Importer Self-Assessment (ISA), Duty Drawback, and Reconciliation.
- Manage exposure to trade remedies and regulations, including IEEPA, Sections 232 & 301, antidumping, and countervailing duties.
- Partner with customs brokers and government agencies to resolve audits, inquiries, and compliance issues.
Export Compliance (Advanced Working Knowledge)
- Oversee export compliance programs aligned with ITAR, EAR, and Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR).
- Lead jurisdiction and classification determinations (USML/CCL).
- Manage export licensing and authorizations, including DSP-5 licenses, TAAs, and Commerce licenses.
- Oversee export authorizations through DECCS and SNAP-R.
- Govern deemed export controls, technology control plans, and end-use/end-user/destination restrictions.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on export control requirements.
Sanctions & Restricted Party Compliance
- Govern OFAC sanctions compliance, including restricted party screening and beneficial ownership due diligence.
- Ensure effective screening tools, escalation protocols, and recordkeeping processes are maintained.
Risk Management, Audits & Regulatory Engagement
- Lead internal audits, compliance assessments, investigations, and remediation activities.
- Manage voluntary disclosures and regulatory communications with CBP, BIS, DDTC, and OFAC.

Systems, Data & Transformation
- Drive automation and digital enablement of trade compliance processes.

You have:
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in international trade compliance within a multinational organization, global consulting firm, or law firm.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB).
- Regulatory expertise in customs and import compliance (core), export controls under ITAR and EAR and OFAC sanctions compliance

Core Responsibilities:

THE PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager supports the Logistics & Operations team by ensuring that inbound and outbound operations are balanced and DC/3PL operations are optimized. This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by enabling data-driven decision-making and minimizing errors across logistics workflows, collaborating with procurement, planning, customer service, sales and the DC operations.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. THE PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and contribute to True Religion's continued growth by driving efficiency and innovation in our digital ecosystem.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Engage with key stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, convert critical business requirements into actionable items, and document the details within Confluence and JIRA
- Communicate effectively with the project and development teams to outline stakeholder expectations in a clear and timely manner
- Own business requirements and design sign-off processes, partnering with stakeholders to ensure details captured align with expectations prior to sign-off
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, recognize potential risks, and establish contingency plans to mitigate impacts
- Identify opportunities to introduce improvements to existing processes that would support overall business growth and operational efficiency
- Define and create epics, spikes, stories, and other artifacts to support development goals in partnership with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Create robust and clear business and technical documentation for future reference and knowledge management
- Apply configuration changes within the SFCC environment to support development tasks and proof of concept discussions
- Partner with QA analysts to run testing cycles and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate with the tech team to set up environments to facilitate major project deliveries and iterative testing efforts
YOU ARE:
You bring a strong combination of e-commerce expertise and technical acumen with exceptional communication skills. You have strong ecommerce and mobile app knowledge and are able to work independently or collaborate with cross-functional partners at various levels throughout the organization. You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can effectively communicate across all levels---users, management, vendors, and both business and technical stakeholders. You have the ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC and Agile ceremonies. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges with both rigor and creativity.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems (or equivalent) required
- 5+ years of experience in various ecommerce platforms such as Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Magento, Shopify, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in prioritizing, planning, delivering, and supporting ecommerce applications, interfaces, vendor-based applications, and systems upgrades
- 5+ years of documentation experience with business requirements, functional specifications, and related technical documentation
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience working within or supporting ecommerce websites using Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location.
