As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer at tvScientific, you'll build the ML and AI systems behind our Connected TV ad-buying platform: real-time bidding, campaign optimization, and incrementality measurement at scale. We're an adtech company solving a hard problem: making CTV advertising actually measurable. Our platform helps advertisers buy ads across the CTV ecosystem: Hulu, Pluto TV, Disney+, HBO Max, and hundreds of FAST channels: and prove that those ads drove real business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Write production Python that powers real-time bidding, model training, and campaign optimization
- Train, deploy, and monitor ML models that decide which ads to show, when, and at what price: millions of bid decisions per second
- Build and improve our incrementality measurement systems: helping advertisers understand the true causal lift of their CTV spend
- Design and implement new ML products across the ad-buying lifecycle: audience targeting, bid optimization, pacing, and attribution
- Use LLMs and generative AI to build internal tools that accelerate how we develop, test, and ship ML systems
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor on a distributed engineering team
What we're looking for:
- Strong production Python skills: you write code that runs in prod, not just notebooks
- Solid statistics and ML fundamentals: you can reason about experiment design, model evaluation, and when simpler approaches beat complex ones
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and good judgment about where they add value
- Adtech or CTV experience: familiarity with RTB, programmatic advertising, supply-path optimization
- Clear written communication: we're a distributed team and writing is how decisions get made

In this role, you'll be working with a team of engineers on our CTV-focused ad-buying platform. We are seeking a dedicated, centralized Senior Technical Program Manager to establish and own our AI Compliance program, with a primary focus on GenAI risk mitigation. This specialized, high-impact role will bridge technical innovation, business strategy, and global regulatory requirements, ensuring our GenAI initiatives are both cutting-edge and compliant.
What you'll do:
- Strategy and Program Ownership: Establish, own, and continually iterate on the holistic AI Governance and Risk Management Framework for the company, integrating it across all relevant engineering and product teams.
- Regulatory Compliance Roadmapping: Partner closely with Legal to translate emerging global AI regulations into concrete engineering requirements, compliance plans, and a unified roadmap.
- Risk Mitigation Systems: Establish and improve risk management systems, including developing internal policies for responsible AI practices, defining AI safety principles, establishing metrics that ensure effective compliance, and improving Pinterest's ability to mitigate risks of AI development through internal platforms and infrastructure.

We're looking for an experienced and thoughtful Lead Ads Policy Manager to join our Content Product policy team. Our policy team keeps Pinterest a safe, positive and welcoming environment for our 450+ million global users by developing industry-leading content policies. You'll develop policies on generative AI, advise on new product risk, autonomously lead complex projects, and set the strategy for the AI policy function. You'll ensure our product policies are enforceable at scale and build a strong relationship with product teams. As a Performance Engineer, you will:
Work with internal development teams and the open source community to proactively drive performance improvements/optimizations across our data warehouse and Data Engineering stack.
Work with product managers, developers and the field team to understand performance and scale requirements, and develop benchmarks based on these requirements.
Develop automation to execute benchmarks, collect and aggregate metrics and profiles, and report results, trends, and regressions.
Analyze performance and scalability characteristics to identify bottlenecks in large-scale distributed systems.

The Assistant Controller plays a critical role in supporting Finance Director in managing accounting operations for two Business Units. This position focuses on inventory control, cost accounting, and audit compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to industry standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Pay Range: $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
As a Project Engineer, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited managing and directing capital engineering projects of varying size and scope throughout the project life cycle from concept to completion. This includes scope development, cost estimate preparation, facility layout & design, engineering and design of process equipment, specifications, procurement, as well as overseeing project installation and commissioning. From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Capital Budget Management: Collaborate with facility staff to develop and submit capital appropriation requests for management approval, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and objectives.
- Project Engineering and Management: Lead the development of project scopes, preliminary budgets, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and bid documents. Manage engineering projects with internal and external resources to ensure they meet engineering requirements, quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design and Development Oversight: Ensure that project designs meet all engineering criteria and deliver project objectives effectively and efficiently. Oversee the creation of detailed engineering documents including studies, calculations, drawings, plans and specifications.

- Field Installation and Commissioning: Oversee contractors and manage the field installation of processing systems. Ensure that equipment and workmanship meet or exceed project requirements, prepare reports, and manage change orders from start-up through commissioning.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests or Pre-Delivery Inspections at suppliers' sites as needed. Coordinate equipment start-up, commissioning, and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Leadership: Promote and support safety protocols for contractors and team members on all projects.
- Flexibility: Be available for travel and extended or off-hours work as required by project demands.

As part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to expanding the aircraft's mission and functional capabilities.
