Job Requirement:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead the end-to-end build-out of a 7,000 sq. ft. reliability testing lab. This lab is purpose-built to subject hardware to the world's most demanding environmental conditions in pursuit of building the world's most trusted hardware. The greenlit project is underway, and we need a driven, detail-oriented PM to bring it across the finish line on time.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role requiring daily coordination across Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF), engineering development teams, and external equipment vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and has a proven track record of delivering technical facility projects on schedule.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full project lifecycle for a 7,000 sq. ft. lab build-out, from construction coordination through equipment commissioning
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule; proactively identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and critical path risks before they impact delivery
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between GREF/facilities teams, engineering development stakeholders, and equipment vendors — ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely decision-making
  • Track and communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership through regular written updates and status reports
  • Assign responsibilities, manage action items, and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments across parallel workstreams
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery timelines for capital equipment to align with construction phases
  • Facilitate resolution of scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and scope changes with a bias toward on-time delivery


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time
  • Experience managing facilities, lab, or technical construction projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting status to senior leadership

Job Summary

Rush Commercial Construction, Inc., is currently seeking a proven advanced Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established regional construction company that specializes in Class A office, healthcare, multifamily developments and senior housing. The ideal Project Engineer is in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.


  • Able to use Timberline Estimating for take-off quantities, compile estimate content and put together small change order and TI estimates
  • Use design decision log to track impact of owner changes on estimates between phases (conceptual, DD and GMP), assisting PM
  • Help PM develop appropriate value-oriented options for cost savings or making project more constructible
  • Support subcontractor prequalification
  • Help PM attract and evaluate bids for the project, develop instructions to bidders

This position is responsible for all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the steam plant. The Steam Plant Manager will maintain adequate staffing, tools, equipment, and spare parts to support continuous operations, while providing effective leadership and strategic planning to achieve business and performance objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides first line management and supervision for all plant supervisory and maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic plans, programming, and steam plant production strategies, to ensure the reliable and economic delivery of steam to customers.
  • Plan and organize all facets of the day-to-day operations to meet short- and long-range goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and company policies and operating procedures.
  • Ensures that operation and maintenance activities generally conform to fiscal, budgetary, planning objectives and assist with the development of budgets and/or capital planning.
  • Supervise plant personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance and repairs of associated infrastructure systems, such as water supply, natural gas, electrical, steam and condensate.
  • Assist in the creation of short and long-term operating plans that include projections for fuel, electricity, and water use, maintenance plans, and capital plans.
  • Analyzes department operations, implements and executes optimized economic operating plans, and makes recommendations for significant operational improvements as appropriate.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety and environmental programs, to include training and reporting, to ensure departmental compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Responsible for the management of outside vendors and contractors
  • Participates in the development of objectives and policies designed to maximize efficiency and economy in the operation of equipment and production services.
  • Oversee the implementation of major and minor renovation, renewal, and capital projects.
  • May serve on various company planning and policy making committees.
  • Partner with HR to ensure that the CBA is followed.
  • May be required to travel for training and/or other company business. This includes travel by private automobile, commercial airlines, and other public transportation.
  • Will be required to effectively interface with regulatory, business and customer representatives consistent with CenTrio corporate objectives.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • City of Seattle Steam Engineer’s license or the demonstrated ability to obtain one within one year of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree, High School diploma or GED Equivalent, and a minimum of 5-years of full-time supervisory experience within a steam plant
  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
