As an Industry Manager, you will define, launch and lead strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Stylists and Design teams to execute prints, patterns, and engineered graphics in alignment with seasonal design intent.
- Coordinate strike-offs, handlooms, knit-downs, and graphic submits in preparation for milestone meetings.

‑ Project work may include All Levels of Design such as Studies, Conceptual and Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
‑ Proficient at fundamental discipline design calculations under the supervision of an engineer; experience performing engineering calculations, developing & implementing list of discipline systems designs.
‑ Proficiency in engineering software applications including computer-aided drafting, process modeling and calculation programs ‑ Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client communications like a boss.
‑ Coordinate deliverables across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and specialty process systems (think clean steam, WFI, lab gases, etc.).

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is searching for a full-time, fully-remote, patent prosecution patent attorney, with a background in the software arts, to work through the Firm’s alternative-track attorney and staffing program, DWTSurge. We are particularly interested in patent attorneys who have experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications either as part of an in-house team or at medium or large law firms. The selected patent agent will handle patent procurement and prosecution work for the Firm’s clients in a variety of industries both domestic and international.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, either in-house or as outside counsel, specifically in the software arts (e.g., machine learning, cloud computing/networking, cryptography, information security, or distributed ledger technology).
- A J.D. and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.
