The successful candidate must have a successful record of managing and directing all daily and long-term activities, and projects, for leasing, resident services, operations and maintenance, asset planning and budgeting at a large, high traffic property. Additionally, they possess extensive experience managing engineering services, site services, large teams, vendors, energy management and environmental health & safety controls. Core Responsibilities
Budgeting & Reporting
- Contribute in and oversee the preparation of the annual budget and asset management plan.
