About the Role
The Project Manager will have full ownership of multifamily projects ranging from $20M–$80M, managing all phases from preconstruction through closeout. These are ground-up, mid-rise to high-rise residential developments, often in tight urban environments.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in residential and commercial construction, particularly in urban settings.
- Experience with Passive House, PHIUS, or other high-performance building standards strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of building science principles, including air sealing, thermal continuity, moisture management, and energy modeling coordination.

- Create robust pre-processing and post-processing pipelines to enhance model performance, accuracy, and interpretability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Demonstrated expertise with LLM fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, PEFT), distillation, and model optimization.
- Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines with embedding technologies and vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- Proven track record building agentic AI systems capable of interacting with multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques, Transformer architectures, semantic search, and document retrieval technologies (e.g., ColBERT).
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning techniques, including designing, training, and deploying reinforcement learning models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of advanced AI frameworks and model inference engines such as Triton Inference Server, TensorRT, and ONNX.
- Familiarity with model monitoring, observability tools, and techniques to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Overview
In this key role on the High Purity Sales Team, the Territory Manager is a sales professional responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographic area by building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies and meting sales targets, handles product strategy, technical product management and sales. The BPM is the face of HPNE to the customer. This position must understand and then represent the client and the product requirements. The Territory Manager will work with the engineering, client services, materials, quality and production teams to ensure the product requirements and workflow are accurate. The Territory Manager is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's growth strategy
- Actively drive HPNE product portfolio and services into the marketplace and defined region
- Maintain customers and build long-term relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ensure efficiency with sales team and operations
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Analyze data to find the most effective sales methods
- Provide technical support to customers for upstream and downstream processes
- Participating in industry events and trade shows
- Conduct onsite demonstrations
- Maintain updated and accurate account information
- Maintain strong cross functional relationship with key stakeholders in other departments
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Stay abreast industry developments and customer announcements
Required Skills and Abilities:

Education and Experience:
